Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil all leads and lifts as directed Engineer-in- Charge. (a) All kinds of soil.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. (a) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:4:8 with 15% plams and curing complete including the cost of armwork for plain/reinforced concrete in retaining walls, breast walls, the size of plum should be 150 to 300 mm as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications. including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (a) 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.(a) Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required including carriage of material in all leads & lifts. (a) 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m²

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. (a) Two or more coats on new work.
