S&F in repair PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fancing of weight not less than 4.00 kg/sqm, PVC coating of 1.50mm and mesh size of 50x50mm of any type staindard rail straining bolts etc dia as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in repair brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 03 above but except bricks, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Mild steel bars (Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165 ) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F MS angle/TEE/Hollow/tubular section as in main and cross beams, hips, and jack rafter, purlins , doors , Gates where connected to common rafters and etc. all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M & L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

M&L for Preparation old steel surfaces exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying One coat of synthetic enemelled paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; ramework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and in pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removing debries out side IMA premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in repair Walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoursed, with best quality locally available harder stones such as granite, trap, basalt stone etc, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted , built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : If PCC bond stonesused in lieu of stone boulders, the same shall be measured & paid for separately.

All as per item No. 12 above, but except stones, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in repair Precast cement concrete lovours and jallies 50mm thick including all mouldings, of 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick ready mix internal/external/ceiling cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces , surface finished even & fair all complete asspecified and directed Make : ACC (Suraksha) /Ultratech(Readyplast)/Birla (Aerocom)/ Unicrete.

All as per item No. 15 above but as in repairs.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces all as per manufacturers instruction and directed by EIC

M&L for cement concrete(1:3:6) type C-2(using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling & mass concrete,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n. exc 20mm & dressing of face beds & joints as spfd of random random rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto course, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping including formwork and finishing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Raised pointing to random rubble walling, uncoursed,in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 21 but as in repair.

Supply only PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length of 75mm dia with shoket as in weep holes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc & raising /lowering to the required level ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agg.) as in surface channels & drains, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channels 30cms inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including form, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.(incl cleaning the drain from all foreign matter)

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection or similar places, and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and filling the same with sealing compound grade 'A' including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in sub base flooring finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequred Cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick , set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigments including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
