Periodic servicing of the Backhoe Loader CASE by way of Providing and Fitting of Filter set– 01no., M oil Filter – 01no., Fuel filter-01 no., air filter-01 set, trans filter-01 no, hydraulic filter-01 no. Job also includes Providing and Filling of M-oil – 15 Ltrs., Axle Oil – 20 Ltrs., Transmission oil – 20 Ltrs., Hydraulic oil – 110 Ltrs., Coolant – 15 Ltrs. P/F of hose pipe 3” – 01 set etc. The job includes the cost of the rubber material, nuts and bolts with washers and labour charges for the complete work.

Repairs to the brake system of the machine by way of extraction of old parts and P/F of new parts i.e plate brake counter-12 no., plate friction -10 no., seal brake piston -04no.,carrier brake plate-02 no.Complete job including cost of material, labour charges, tools and tackles required to execute the job & Repairs to the steering by way replacement of defective steering pump assembly and allied parts.

Repairs to cutting frame by way of removing the old damaged cutting edge and then P/F of fabrication of new cutting edge -1 no MS of required length. Each, cutting edge bolt with nuts -10 nos, removing of minor bends of frame and welding of cutting frame edge where ever found required. Complete Job

Repairs to the Hydraulic system of the machine by extracting the worn-out parts repairing by way of P/F of new Hoses-4 No., Seals of the blade jacks, Hose adaptors, O-rings, testing after assembling spares on load. Job also includes Checking / Repairs to the hydraulic feed pump. Complete job including cost of material & labour charges to execute the job as belows:/-.(a) Hydraulic system check and repair (b) Hydraulic Hoses pipes and complete fitting

Providing and Fitting of Battery in place of old battery-01 no (12V 120 AH) along with battery leads and terminals and complete checking of wiring system. The complete job includes cost of material and labour charges, taxes.

Repair of the Loader assembly of Backhoe Loader CASE by way of removing all the tooth from the Loader and p/f of M.S. Sheet 20 mm thick along length of loader, plough bolt (C7600565) - 16 No’s., Hexagon Nut (C9100031) - 16 No’s. The job also includes nominal hardening and facing of loader along the length of M.S sheet that is arc welded and attached with the loader Loader assembly. The complete Job includes cost of material along with carriage, labour charges, hire charges of tool and tackles.
