INTERIOR FURNISHING

Overhead storage unit: Supplying, fabricating and installing wall mounting storage units of varying dimensions, depth 400 mm, height ranging from 600 mm to 750 mm with following specification. 1.Panel:- 18mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1 mm thick. 2.All visible edges shall be covered with 2 mm PVC edge banding and hidden edges with 0.5 mm PVC edge banding. 3. The back panel of the storage unit shall be 12 mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with 1 mm thick lamination. 4. The hard ware includes 90 degree soft close hinges,multipurpose lock & D Handles. 5. The unit shall be assembled using a knockdown fittings system. Measurement shall be based on the facia area. The contractor is required to submit shop drawings with all details of material, fittings, colour etc.to the Engr in Charge prior to fabrication and all works shall be completed as per the approval from the engineer in charge and as per the approved list of make.

Single sided Workstation Table: Supplying, fabricating and installing Single sided Workstation Table of size 600mm width and height ranging 750mm to 800mm and vertical leg support at 1200 mm intervals max. with following specification. 1. Top, leg and front panel: - 24mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1 mm thick. The front panel shall be 100 mm from the outer edge of the table and leg shall be in line with the outer edge. 2. Keyboard tray, CPU stand and footrest of 18mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/Cold press machine lamination of 1mm. Foot rest & CPU stand shall be 100 mm from the floor. 3. All visible edges shall be covered with 2mm PVC edge banding and hidden edges with 0.5 mm PVC edge banding. 4. The table should be assembled using a knockdown fittings system. The table shall be tailored to meet the specific requirements/site conditions. The measurement shall be on the basis of table length in running meter. The contractor is required to submit shop drawings with all details of material, fittings, colour etc.to the Engineer in Charge prior to fabrication and all works shall be completed as per the approval from the Engineer in Charge and as per the approved list of make.

Double sided Workstation Table: Supplying, fabricating and installing Double sided Workstation Table of size 1200mm width and height ranging 750mm to 800mm and vertical leg support at 1200 mm intervals max. with following specification. 1. Top, leg and front panel: - 24mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1 mm thick. The seperation panel shall be at center of the table and leg shall be in line with the outer edge. 2. Keyboard tray, CPU stand and footrest of 18mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1mm. Foot rest & CPU stand shall be 100 mm from the floor. 3.All visible edges shall be covered with 2 mm PVC edge banding and hidden edges with 0.5 mm PVC edge banding.4. The table should be assembled using a knockdown fittings system. The table shall be tailored to meet the specific requirements/site conditions. Pedestal Unit with casters: Supplying, fabricating and installing Pedestal Unit of size 400 mmx 450mm x 700mm with following specification. 1.Panel: - 18mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1 mm thick. 2. Drawers: 3 nos with soft close sliders, D handle and multipurpose lock. The bottom panel of the drawers shall be made of 9mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood and carcase for the drawers shall be made of 18mm IS 710 BWP marine plywood. 3. All visible edges shall be covered with 2 mm PVC edge banding and hidden edges with 0.5 mm PVC edge banding. 4. The pedestal should be assembled using a knockdown fittings system. The casters are installed at the four corners for easy movement. The contractor is required to submit shop drawings with all details of material, fittings, colour etc.to the Engineer in Charge prior to fabrication and all works shall be completed as per the approval from the Engineer in charge and as per the approved list of make

Dining Table: Supplying and installing Dining Table of size 1500 mm x 750 mm x 750 mm with following specification. 1.Top Panel: - 18mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1 mm thick. 2. All visible edges shall be covered with 2 mm PVC edge banding . 3. Table frame: shall be fabricated with 50mm x 50mm x 2mm thick MS tube frame, supported by legs of 50mm x 50mm x 2mm thick MS tubes, tie member of size 40mm x 80mm x 2mm thick MS tube and all tubular members shall be powder coated with a minimum thickness of 60 microns, and finished as approved. The contractor is required to submit shop drawings with all details of material, fittings, colour etc.to the Engineer in Charge prior to fabrication and all works shall be completed as per the approval from the Engineer in Charge and as per the approved list of make.

Side Table for Computer: Supplying, fabricating and installing computer Table of size 900mmX600mmx750mm with following specification. 1. Top & leg Panel :- 18mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1 mm thick. modular keyboard tray below shall be fixed below of approved make 2. All visible edges shall be covered with 2 mm PVC edge banding and hidden edges with 0.5 mm PVC edge banding. 3. The table should be assembled using a knock down fittings system. The contractor is required to submit shop drawings with all details of material, fittings, colour etc.to the Engineer in Charge prior to fabrication and all works shall be completed as per the approval from the Engineer in Charge and as per the approved list of make.

Single Cot Bed with mattress:Providing and installing Single Cot Bed with mattress Overall Size 1981 (L) x 940(D) x 810(H), Bed Made Of Prime Quality Round Metal Pipe of size 38mm Dia 1.2mm & 50x25mm thick CRCA Rectangular Pipe 1.2mm Thick, Head Rest designed with 38mm Dia with 25mm round support pipes for supporting pillow having height of 810mm, Bed Mattress structure made from 50x25X1.2 mm & 25x25x1.2 mm pipes, foot Panel made of 38 mm Dia pipe having height of 660mm from Floor,Matrress Support panel made of 12mm thick ISI Grade plywood, matrress panel height from floor should be of 450mm, Four number of supports of Size 25x25x1.2mm are given to Mattress Panel, Additional 25x25x3mm angle used under ply along with headboard & footboard Having length of 100 mm of each, The Complete structure should be in knockdown construction and assembled with Nut & Bolts, All Open edges of pipes should be covered by good quality PPCP hoes/caps, welding should be CO2 MIG Welding to minimise rusting on welding area, Complete structure should be free from all welding defects such as sharp edges, burr etc. All metal components should be pre-treated with zinc phosphating in minimum 7 tank process and then powder coated with epoxy polyester with approved shade, Thickness Of Coating should be minimum 50 Micron .Mattress shall be Foam density - 40 +/- 2 kg/m3 Stitched upholstery cover material - helium heavy A/FF/R SM of approved Colour (350 GSM, 0.45 thick) With fire retardant and antimicrobial properties etc complete as per the approved drawings /specifications and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Locker 4doors unit :Providing and installing Locker 4doors unit of size 30cm Wide x 38cm Deep x 180cm High : Material frame work using of 16 gauge, shelves and bodies 24 gauge and doors, sloping tops, bases and trim 20 gauge. Doors: Locker doors shall be of an all welded double pan door construction with recessed aluminium pockets. Each door shall receive 14 gauge 5 knuckle hinges welded to the frame and riveted to the door. Numbers shall be engraved in sequence as required for the layout. Frame: Locker frames shall be 16 gauge steel and resistance welded on all four corners to form a rigid structure. Each frame shall receive an 11 gauge hasp welded to the frame . the entire products should be powder coated etc complete as per the approved drawings / specifications and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Front opened Storage unit: Providing and installing Front opened Storage unit overall Size 915W X 485D X 1980H , Top , Bottom , Side panel & Shelve made up of 1 mm thick CRCA sheet Powder Coated , Legs made up of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated ,shutter made up of 1mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated , No Sharp Edges Of Almirah Ends, All Shelve Rack Divided Into Equal Parts .All Metallic Panels Screw With Nut & Bolt , All Metal Pieces Shall Be Welded Properly Strongly and conformitywith regulations with CO2 Welding Shall Be Used , CRCA Metal Shall Be Coated After Being Treated with at least Three Stages And Cleaned From Oil , Grease Dust And Other Dirt Using Special Thermal Control Coating For Metal Furniture To Form a Layer Of Base Coating Of (iron phosphating) (0.4 ? 0.8) gm/m² Automatic Spray coating Shall Be Applied To Be Followed By a Drying Process In a Thermal Furnace With Suitable Temperature And Time For The Process , Metal Pipe & 7 tank treatment with minimum 50 micron powder coating etc complete as per the approved drawings /specifications and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

2 Door Storage unit: Providing and installing 2 Door Storage unit. Overall Size 916W x 486D x 1980H , Top , side panel & shelve made up of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet , Two number of openable shutter made up of 1mm thick CRCA sheet , one number of openable shutter & one number of sliding shutter made up of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet , on bottom side one full length shelve & one number of small shelve made up of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet , CRCA Metal Shall Be Coated After Being Treated With At Least Three Stages And Cleaned From Oil , Grease Dust And Other Dirt Using Special Thermal Control Coating For Metal Furniture To Form a Layer Of Base Coating Of (iron phosphating) (0.4 – 0.8) gm/m² Automatic Spray Coating Shall Be Applied To Be Followed By a Drying Process In a Thermal Furnace With Suitable Temperature And Time For The Process , Metal Pipe & 7 tank treatment with minimum 45-50 micron powder coating etc complete as per the approved drawings /specifications and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

UNDER SLAB STORAGE : Supply and installation of Full height storage of varying height as per site requirement, depth 50cm and width may vary from 70cm to 90cm with 1no of height adjustable shelves, manufactured using IS 710 BWP Marine Ply Wood (Make - Archid/ Sunmica/ Green Ply) Lamination using 1 MM (Make Archid Lam / Merino / Sunmica / Greenlam). The plywood with lamination shall be factory hot / cold pressed. Interior lamination using .8 MM (Make : Archid Lam / Merino / Sunmica / Greenlam).All the visible edges are covered with 2mm & 0.5 PVC Edge band wherever required. Side, Carcase and door shall be of 18mm thick and Back Panel should have min 9mm thick BWP Grade marine plywood IS 710 with 0.8 MM thick interior lamination Hardware using 90 Degree Soft Close Hinges , Multipurpose lock, D Handles etc of approved make. Unit fully installed by knockdown fitting - Minifix/ dowel system. Contractor shall submit and take exact measurement from site and obtain necessary approval for the shop drawing with all details and specification before installation, area shall be measured on the basis of facia area.

Medicine bin rack: Supplying and installing Medicine bin rack with length ranging from 600 mm to 900 mm, depth 400 mm, height 2100 mm with following specification. 1. Panel : - 18mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with hot/cold press machine lamination of 1 mm thick. Rack includes GI Powder coated track to accommodate smooth operation of bins. Each unit requires approximately 60 bins.2.All visible edges shall be covered with 2 mm PVC edge banding and hidden edges with 0.5mm PVC edge banding. 3. The back panel of the storage unit shall be made of 9mm thick IS 710 BWP marine plywood with 1 mm thick interior lamination. 4. The unit shall be assembled using a knockdown fittings system. 5. The rack includes bottom storage of 600 mm height with doors and necessary soft close SS hinges, SS D handle and lock. Measurement shall be based on the facia area. The dimensions of the rack and track shall be subject to site conditions to accommodate inside bins. Bins will be paid separately. The contractor is required to submit shop drawings with all details of material, fittings, colour etc.to the Engineer in Charge prior to fabrication and all works shall be completed as per the approval from the Engineer in Charge and as per the approved list of make.

Medicine Plastic Bin: Supplying and installing high quality Medicine Bin of size 140 mm length x 110 mm height x 350 mm depth with single partitions inside the bin and necessary fittings as approved by the Engineer in charge.

Other Miscellaneous works

8.2.2.2 Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror, polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut granite for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.Area of slab over 0.50 sqm
