Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation over areas, n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation over areas for each additional 1.5 m in soft soil or part thereof depth beyond the first 1.5 m complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning , filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each layer, complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) exc.1.50 km but not exc. 5 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm (Broken stone or boulder) deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick each layer, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) in foundation, filling amd mass concrete complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft and beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beam and similar works in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Reinforced Cement concrete (design mix) M-25 using 20 mm graded aggregates in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) 25 mm thick in sub floors, sub-base, floors and pavings etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Brick work with Sub class B Bricks in cement mortor 1:6, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radiuscomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick masonry work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Priming to newly plastered and other surfaces of wall with alkali?resistant priming complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting of 1mm thickness in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, chanel or falt sections) including distance pieces, cleats, runner, etc Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality A. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rolled section of mild steel as in main and cross beam hip and jack rafter, purlins, confirming to grade Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) class A where connected to common rafters and running rails; fixed in position with angle cleats, base plate or stiff plate, MS flat etc or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps bases, splices, angle bracket, cleats and other connection confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary or counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachemnt confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts with dia of neck exc 16mm and n. Exc 20mm made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 10cm long. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
