Dismantling the 16 mtr High, Head Frame, Flood light luminaries, Aviation obstruction lamps, control gears of Light fittings, Power Control cables, steel ropes etc. without any damage using required scaffoldings and cranes

Conveyance of the Mast and all accessoreis to new site without any damage

Designing and providing a suitable foundation for the High mast certified the structural engineer, including suitable foundation bolts, nuts and plate system to support Mast (foundation drawings should be submit with the quotation)

Erection of 16 Mtr Mast with Head frame, Six numbers of non intergal flood light luminaries with 2 numbers 400 W MH tubular lamps and its control gear boxes, aviation obstruction lamps, power control boards, steel ropes etc, Complete of without any damage after replacing the steel rope

Providng standard pipe earthing using GI pipe and all other control accessories as per IS Specification

Supply , conveyance and Installation of main control panel at new site for KSEB supply consisting 63 A TPNSF, cutout fuse units, MCB isolator and MCBs ,ELCB etc and provision for KWH meter etc 1 No 63 A, Pole automatic relay , Timer etc,Complete

Providing service connection cable 4x25 Sq.mm size through GI Pipe from KSEB post to main panel upto 50 Mtr and obtaining electrical connectionsl

Dismantling the old and damaged steel rope, relaying and refitting of new 6 sq mm SS rope for High Mast Lighting system with SS d bolts , supply and laying of 5 core 6.00 sq. mm muli-core PVC insulated & PVC sheathed 650/1100 V grade copper conductor round flexible cables conforming to IS 694 Part I 1960, Fixing of 6 Nos of existing MH lanterns and giving required connections including dismantling and reerrection of High Mast and making it in good working condition
