Works Details

Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing of whole building i.e. officer’s cabins, staff area, basements, lobby, outer roads and toilets etc including collection/dumping of garbage (interior and exterior both) daily and whenever asked by officer-in-charge. This includes maintenance and repair of all the carpentry and toilet work etc inside/outside the building including the use of consumables as per scope of DNIT which will be borne by the bidder. Note:- Approx covered Area 242000 Sqft ( including 3 No.basment) All necessary material required for these above works will be arranged by the contractor / service provider himself without any extra cost. Activities include 1) Window cleaning (Area 17222 sft) of the whole building (interior and exterior both) daily and whenever asked by officer-in-charge. 2)Maintenance of lawns and flower pots (Area 10279 sft) i.e. watering, grass cutting, trimming, pruning, irrigation, weeding etc of existing lawns and plantation of seasonal flowers on each floor. 3)Maintenance and upkeepment of all the electrical services in the building (basements and upper floors). 4)Maintenance and upkeepment of all the plumbing services including complete storm water and sewerage system of the building (basements and upper floors). 5)Operation & Maintenance of Firefighting Services and fire alarm system (basements and upper floors) as per scope of work. 6)Operation & Maintenance of DG Set (2 Nos. 500 kVA & 1 No. 125 kVA Note: The service provider will arrange/Diesel fuel for the same will be reimbursed by the Nigam on monthly The transportation and refilling charges will be borne by the service provider. 7)Operation & Maintenance of WTP and STP as per scope of work. 8)Operation & Maintenance of Water Coolers along with R.O. System
