MODULAR OT
Providing and fixing 2 mm anti static seamless conductive Epoxy Flooring (Primer,Screed, ESD Carbonized Coating, Self-leveling Mix Carbonized compound and finalcoating) for Clean room. The floor should be scratch resistant, fire resistant, chemicalresistant, non-corrosive, slip resistant, smooth, anti-fungi, antimicrobial imperviousmaterial conductive enough to dissipate static electricity but not conductive enough toendanger personnel from electric shock. The floor finish should pass over a concealedcove former and continue up the wall for 100mm. The floor should be provided flat to within a tolerance of ±3mm over any 3-meter area. Copper grounding strip (0.05thick, 50 mm width) should be laid flat on the floor in the conductive adhesive and connect to copper wire of grounding. The connection from copper grid should be brought out uniformly at places to form equipotential grid. A self-leveling compound should be laid prior to lying of the floor finish. One earthing lead should be broughtout of from every 150 Sq.ft. area and attaching it to main earthing strip/ground. Finished Floor should be highlydurable with resistance to shock, scratch proof and indentation. Corners should beuniformly Coved Up to 10 cm height. The conductive material should be uniformly impregnated as grains. The floor should be inert to body fluids, chemicals, detergentsand disinfectants and it should not be affected by temperature variation within theOT. Colour should be uniform, pleasant and matching with ambiance. The floorshould have electrical resistance (Point to ground) within 2.5x10 to 2.5x106 Ohms asper NFPA-99/ DIN 51953/ATMF-150 B1 class of fire resistance. The floor shouldefficiently discharge electric charges up to 2 KV. The floor should not allow build-upof electrical charge beyond 100 volts due to anti static effect. It should fulfill product requirements as per EN649. The corner should not be terminated sharply andconcealed cove-former (Aluminium) should be used overlap to a height ofapproximate and sealed perfectly and uniformly. Self-leveling compounds should be used for this purpose.

Pipes shall be degreased suitable for oxygen use and cleanliness is to be maintained by filling each pipe with dry, clean, oil and oxygen free nitrogen, fitting suitable end caps and protectively wrapping. Solid drawn, seamless, deoxidised, non- arsenical, half hard, tempered and degreased copper tubes manufactured to metric outside diameters and should have mechanical properties in accordance with HTM 02-01 and conforming to EN13348:2008.The pipes should also be accompanied with manufacturer?s test certificate for the physical and chemical composition. Copper Fittings should be as per HTM 02-01. All plastic saddles should have brass screws. as per the specifications and requirements, painting of the pipes installed as per color code for medical gas system is also under the scope of contractor.

These shall be of the ball valve type and shall be constructed of a nickel plated brass body, PTFE seats and brass chrome plated ball. The valve shall be operated by a manual operating lever by 90º turn. All medical gas line ball valves shall provide a full bore flow and shall be cleaned for oxygen service and fully tested. The valve assembly shall terminate in copper stub pipes to enable brazing directly into the distribution system using the flux less brazing technique. A locking device shall be provided to lock the valve in either the fully open or fully closed position. Line valves shall be located in readily accessible areas of ducts and shafts, however care should to ensure safety to prevent danger from leakage. Line valve installation should be carried out as per HTM 2022/HTM 02-01 standards.

Gas / Vacuum Outlets - SITC of Gas/Vacuum Outlets with Front loading type terminal outlets designed to dispense medical gases or an inlet for medical vacuum to the secondary equipment flow meters, Surgical Tools, Suction regulators, etc. Terminal unit sealed by O ring. The outlets should Quick Connect Type and gas specificity is accomplished by Diametric indexing / Geometric indexing Should have Push to IN and press-to-OUT mechanism for probes. Allows plugging of probes from front. Parking Type probe / connector Self-sealing valve on disengaging the probe (Quick disconnect) Smooth quite action Non return valve for on line servicing/ repairing , Indexed to eliminate interchangeability of gas services, Color-coded gas specific front plate Flow rate exceeds the requirements of ISO 9170 – 1. Totally leak proof, safe & easy to operate configurations possible: surface, flush & Bead-head. The terminal outlets should comply with ISO and NFPA. Body shall be of one piece brass construction.
Oxygen Flow meter with Humidifier Bottle - SITC of Flow meter Back pressure Compensated Flow meter would be accurate gas flow measurement and control within a range of 0-15 liters per minute. It would meet strict precision and durability standards. Flow meter body would be made of brass material. Flow tube and shroud components would be made of clear, impact resistant polycarbonate. The humidifier bottle would be unbreakable polycarbonate material and autoclavable at 134 degrees centigrade. The humidifier would have built in safety valve.
Vacuum regulator with suction bottle -SITC of Single piece wall mounted suction collection & regulation unit With jar capacity of 600 ml each shall be provided at each of the bed side. Jars would be made of autoclavable materials. The units shall be clamped neatly to the wall using suitable clamps.
AREA VALVE SERVICE UNIT (AVSU) - 3 gas<br>SITC of 3 gas AVSU as required and as specified under the guidelines laid for Medical gas system, as approved by Engineer HLL.

Area Line Pressure Medical Gas Alarm ( 6 gases) -SITC of six channel microprocessor controlled alarm for pneumatic & vacuum services with Digital display of line pressure for all the services with factory calibrated pressure sensors. Color coded LED display of line pressure status (High-caution normal caution- low) Audible Alarm for High & Low pressure condition. Test and Alarm Acknowledge (Mute) facility. (Alarm knowledge (mute) time span is programmable from 1 to 60 minutes). Protected programming facility of alarm limits. The electronic circuitry should be such that if the pressure / vacuum in the gas pipeline drops below the present limit, the equipment should give an audio-visual alarm. Visual alarm should remain active even after pressing of “Mute” button. It should come to normal condition only when gas pressure / vacuum return to normal level. Small and compact design. Mounted on a powder coated MS box. Nut & Nipples should be provided for connection with Pneumatic supply complete as required, all QA/QC should be furnished before Engineer (HLL) before installing the system

CARBON DIOXIDE MANIFOLD 1X1 - 1+1 Size carbon dioxide Manifold should be configured with 1 x 1 nos. should be suitable to withstand working pressure of 145 Kg/cm2, along with 2 nos. of high-pressure copper annealed tail pipes with end brass adapter suitable for Carbon dioxide cylinders and manifold.The manifold should be so designed that it should suit easy cylinder changing and positioning. The system should have non-return valves for easy changing of cylinders without closing the bank. The cylinder should be placed with the help of cylinder brackets and fixing chains which shall be zinc plated.
