Taking down carefully aluminum /copper point wiring (light, fan, switch & power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent, by unscrewing from board, out let box, fitting and fixture such as bulk head fitting, sketch fittings and making good the disturbed rurfaces of walls floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old DBs/main switch of any size including MCBs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down service/sub main wire of any size fixed in any position including cassing/ conduit and making good the disturbed surface with matching specification , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits),with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, pvc insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No in and including medium grade, PVC Concealed conduit of dia not less than 20mm and conduit accessories concealed in wall including all cutting chasing and making good with matching specification, ISI marked with valid CML No (IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS: 3419:1976 for conduit accessories), with mild steel/pressed steel sunken boxes (with earth duly) duly painted with two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer internally and two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally, covered with 3mm thick hylam laminated sheet cover for fixing of switches, sockets etc including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dully complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge at site for the following :

(a) One light/ Fan point controlled by one way switch.

(b) One Bell point controlled by one switch bell push

(c) One light point controlled by two - 2 way switches for stair case.

(d) One 5 Amps switch socket combination on independent board.

(e) One 5 Amps socket on same board with other switches.

All as per item No-4 here in above but 2.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor and independent board for 15 Amps switch/socket point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, pvc insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No in and including PVC casing capping of required sizes as indicated including all accessories, ISI marked , with modular metal flush boxes & cover plate with frame of white colour of suitable size as required at site; including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth duly complete including replastering and making good the surface of wall and painting with existing colour all as specified and directed at site for the following :

(a) One light/Fan point controlled by one way switch.

(b) One Bell point controlled by one switch bell push

(c) One light point controlled by two - 2 way switches for stair case.

(d) One 5 Amps switch socket combination on independent board.

(e) One 5 Amps socket on same board with other switches.

All as per item No-6 here in above but 2.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor and independent board for 15 Amps switch/socket point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note :- Two runs of single core PVC insulated unshethed cables and one run of earth continuity conductor incl conduit will be messured and paid as one unit length only.

Note :- Two runs of single core PVC insulated unshethed cables and one run of earth continuity conductor incl conduit will be messured and paid as one unit length only.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning 20W LED security light fitting with system output of 2000 lumens & with dedicated street light optics, System efficacy of greater than 100 lm/W luminarie should have pressure die cast aluminium LM6 housing. Luminaire should have dedicated street light optics for better uniformity & spacing. Luminarie should have air vents in housing for proper thermal management. Min IP preventation should be IP65. System power consumption (including driver losser) should not exceed 20W , fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F security light bracket made out of GI pipe 25mm light grade ISI marked 1.5 Mtr long bend to shape as required for LED fittings at site including M S Clamp 2 Nos made out of flat iron for suitable size with necessary nuts bolts and two coats of alluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in grond (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below normal ground level) with the top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected to GI wire 4.00mm dia protected by 15mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe(light grade) and chamber PCC (1:4:8) type D2( using 40mm grade stone aggregate), coping shall be PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, pit cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8 mm MS bar at 80mm c/c both way in lieu of CI pit cover with lifting hook including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-I and as specified including earth plate packed around with charcoal dust common salt complete including GI sheet funnel, wire mesh, earth lead wire 4mm dia and earth lead connected to earthing test point/ main board. The GI earth wire 8 SWG under the earth and on pole/db upto a height of 1.5m shall also be protected by 15mm dia GI pipe (light grade ) and the GI pipe to be fixed with poles/wall by means of 02 Nos. FI clamp 25x3mm with nuts bolts and washer etc. incl taking down old earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- GI earthing wire of same size upto 7.5m shall deemed to be included into quoted rate
