Demolishing of cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches or drains, pits upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, chieselling soft / hard rock including getting out the excavated soil, dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms and returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and then disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns,etc. for mass concrete complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra Allowance for formwork in concrete lining in:

Bed complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

In sides complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete lining 15 cm thick or less for irrigation channels, using cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement2 sand :4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in:

Bed complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Side slopes complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering for all work up to plinth level complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete in :

All work up to plinth level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering & reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level upto all level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

In beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto all level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

20 mm cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Coarse sand) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared on steel work and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches (to level or grade) GI Flanged Pipes ( IS : 1239-2004) of 150 mm dia, & medium Class conforming to IS specification capable to withstand the required hydraulic test pressure as per IS code in random length of 6.00 mtrs. with Plain ends and jointed with flange table 5 conforming to IS-6392-1971 (latest with up to date amendments) i/c all fittings such as bends, tees & tail pieces etc. the welding of flanges to be done on both faces in double layer to make the joint leak proof according to relevant BIS standard and specification. the pipe including nuts and bolts of required size, 3mm thick compressed asbestos fibre jointing gasket/synthatic rubber jointing gasket should be conforming to relevant BIS code. laying will include all operations such as cutting , welding, painting and jointing including flushing , cleaning and hydraulic testing of pipe complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing CI Sluice Valve 150mm ø PN- 1.00 of Kartar make i/c MS Flange of Table-5 as per IS 6392-1971 & welding of MS Flanges in two layers on both faces complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Printing new lettters and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel black or any other approved colour to give n even shade as per drawings and technical specifications clause 1701 in English and roman, hyphen, commas and the like not to be measured and paid complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing of M.S Screen of slot size less then 5mm welded in the M.S Sheet of 3.15 mm thickness and 0.15m in length shall be fitted at the entrance point of the outlet/distributry pipe to supply only Clean Water complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
