Excavtion in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work, blasting work in soft/hard rock, chiselling in soft/hard rock including wedging out upto all lift, stacking the excavated soil upto all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when requaired into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement:3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth. Up to all lead and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5sand: 3 graded crushed stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness including attached pillaster buttresses, plinth and string courses from top of foundation upto two level all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suspended floor roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto two level all floor level in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entiresatisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Beams, cantilever, girder and lintel sides and soffits of beams haunchings cantilevers girder, bressumers 1.00 mtr. In depth in all heights from floor.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden batten and ballies, in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Beams, cantilever, girder and lintel sides and soffits of beams haunchings cantilevers girder, bressumers 1.00 mtr. In depth in all heights from floor.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20cm wide in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs,landing and the like floor etc.upto 200mm in thickness.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finsih including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. heightof propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete and plain concrete work in Arches upto 6 meters span complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Arches exceeding 6 mtr span.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 sand :8 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) On curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all lead and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2sand: 4graded crushed stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Suspended floor roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto two level all floor level in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entiresatisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including wire upto all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Labour rate).

Providing and placing in horizental layers filtering media duly graded, screened, washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Top layer (fine sand) 0.02mm to 0.04mm and uniformity co-efficient 2.00 to 3.00.

2nd layer coursed sand 3mm to 6mm

3rd layer Bajri 6mm to 20mm

4th layer Bajri 20mm to 25mm

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level 2nd class bricks cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand).

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete stone wall for interior plastering upto floor two levels including arries, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand)

6mm Cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement :3 sand)including curing complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge upto all lead and lift.

50mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of from work.

Distempering (two coat) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufature and of required shade,on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade,after thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all grease,dirt,loose pieces of scales and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperedsmooth.

Providing and fixing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position. Second class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing 40 mm thick 2nd class deodar wood in pannelled glazed or panneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows clearstory window including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and I/c preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease,dirt and other foreign matter with ready mixed paint other than white as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface, with enamel paint to give an even shade including cl;eaning surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping with readymade paint other than white.

Providing and fixing anodyzed aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolt and nuts screws etc. Complete in all respect 250x16mm as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead all lifts.

Providing and fixing aluminium Tower bolts (barrel type) anodized ,transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with screws etx. 250x10mm as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.

Providing 40x3 mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia meters bolts and nuts and wooden plug and embeding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm (1:3:6) (1 Cement :3 Sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles 125mm anodized transparent or dyed to required shade with necessary screws as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.

Demolition above GL up to floor two Laval including disposal of in serviceable material with in 20 mtr. Lead and i/c cutting the necessary reinforcement of cement and separating out from RCC/RB works .(Slab)

Laying and jointing & testing of G.I pipe for Inlet & outlets pipe scour pipe and over flow pipes etc. in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing double flange cast iron Sluice valve dia (Single ball type) of Leader / Kriloskar make conforming to BS 780-1984 with upto date amendments as per class PN 1.00 to withstand a seat pressure of 10.20 Kg / cm2 Flange Table-5 Class PN-1.00 as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

80 mm dia

Providing and fixing Manhole cover of size60x60 cm made of angle iron frame size 40x40x5mm thick covered with MS. sheet 2.00mm thick and welded with angle iron frame 35.x35x3 mm thick. Including hings, Handles, 8 Nos Hold fast and Locking arrangement along with lock and key of standred make, Primer two coat with redoxide paint, complete and manhole coverer fixed in Storage tank/Intank with Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 for nut and bolt 16mm dia as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15% Plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retainin walls/breast walls, the size of plums shall usually by 150mm to 300mm as per HPPWD specification as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone/Boulder filling behind retaining wall also under floor ect. In all lift and leads complete in all respect .

Steel work welded in build up section, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paintin grating, framed guard bars ladders, railing brackedts and similar works as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lift.
