Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 300 mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete), set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300 mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bedding including haunching & packing under and against the side of pipe 150 mm bore, after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab for manholes / soakage, drain etc well and similar works supported on walls set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement steel will be measured & paid separately.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work / stone work / PCC block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc, n exc 10 Sqm on plan area and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m depth and not exceeding 3m for foundation, etc., and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 3m depth and not exceeding 4.5m for foundation, etc., and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 250 mtr but not exc 500 mtr and depositing where directed at a level of n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick using excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching and like including weathering, slightly round or chamfered angles and throating as directed and including necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm dia bore cast iron socket (double) collar connected to branch piece, bend or parallel branches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs stainless steel grating of size 150 mm x 150 mm minimum weight 100 grms fixed with cement screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Removing debris to a distance of 5km including loading and dumping / levelling at the destination complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for injection chemical glyphosphate (4% concentration) of 20 ml or till refusal by making cut/injection in the stem of plant of roots at 30mm and spraying with solution 25ml glyphosphate (4% concentration diluted with 1 ltr of water) at any storey of building and removing the plant / vegetation including penetreated roots and making the effected surface to match with existing surface using cement plaster / cement concrete 1:2:4 for cutting of trees/vegetation of size 1 to 8 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position and reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition including removal of debris to outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on brick / stone / PCC block masonry wall surface in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
