Repair/maintenance of lifts including carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lift with power operated door, simplex collective control system with repair/maintenance of unserviceable damaged parts such as bearings, bushes, all type of guide shoes, headers, hangers, door ropes,door cards,car door sills, landing door sills, door locks, control cards, and its contacts, hall push buttons and its spares, connector/links, welding of crack/broken and MS parts, Landing operating Panel of any size and capacity, repairs /maint of u/s damaged door safety edge and sensor mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, car position indicator, and all connected accessories, necessary wiring of hall push button assembly, repair/maintenance of broken COP/LOP buttons and display, including cover, Fire alarm, Firemen button glass, Intercom, alarm/hooters, Maintenance of damaged hand rail, Shaft, light/switches, complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with LED display with LPT/LPC card of stainless steel inclusive of harness wiring for laminating of push button of each floors and cutting wall making good disturbed surface with masonry work to make with existing surface & cable as per requirement for safe operation of lifts , fixing of loose rail bracket with necessary masonry work , replacement of broken granites,cabin, minor repair of cabin light and minor repair of cabin fan , ensure safe and smooth functioning of lift and complete maint of car top, binding of loose wire at control panel and rust painting at car top and door and allied parts with testing, two coats of Painting of Gear motor, all MS channels and Control panels using spray gun complete, dewatering of lift wells in case of any emergency arise all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. for the following lifts:- Note : - (i) Two mechanic shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell for safe & smooth functioning of the lift. (ii) Rewinding of motor if required will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department.(iii) The detailed duty mechanics of the firm shall report to the JE Concerned at the Lift complaint cell for receiving the complaints at round the clock daily including sunday and holiday.(iv) The detailed lift mechanics shall sign ( Their shift wise) in the attendence register kept with lift cell. Location :- Vijaya 02 NOs lift 08 PS (544 Kg) ECE Make G+12 upper floor.

(v) The Contractor has to carry out the AMC of the lifts through OEM only. (vi) The AMC should cover any/all parts of Lifts if its functions found defective the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline coverd under norms. (vii) Rewinding of motor if required will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department. (viii) The detailed lift mechanics of the firm shall report to the JE concerned at the Lift complaint cell for receiving the complaints round the clock daily including Sunday and holiday. (ix) The detailed lift mechanics shall sign (Their shift wise) in the attendance register kept with lift cell. (x) Cost of minor spare parts/ routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate except items mentioned here-in-after. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares/ routine material as required at site (xi) Monthly schedule for proper maintenance of lift and necessary documentation including all spare parts required to be replaced during the period shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (xii) All minor spare parts and parts and parts required for repair/ replacement for maintencance of lifts to be replaced during AMC at no extra payment. (xiii) Bidders are to submit license for Govt. of Maharashtra for maintenance & erection of lifts issued by chief electrical inspector.

Supply and fix Aluminum covered wire wound dynamic breaking resistor to absorb the reserve energy dissipation of motor during regeneration in control operation suitable for existing capacity motor up to 15 HP VFD complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing New Rope Load Sensor at Certain block lifts at Nofra complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying & fixing new car operating panel complete including dismantling all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable main steel wire rope after disconnecting old wire rope from counter weight, pulley and car cabin and supply and fix new main steel wire rope 8 mm dia, ungalvanised, 8/19 construction in and including necessary connection with counter weight, pulley and car cabin with clamps, nut, bolts and washers etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in certain building/blocks at Nofra.

Disconnecting and taking out old defective infra red door sensor of any type and make and supply and fix new infra red door sensor of up to full length of car door complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. In certain lift at Nofra

Disconnecting and taking out old defective V3F door operator with all connected accessories from existing car door, supply and fix new V3F door drive operator suitable to existing motor mechanism unit suitable for existing door opening and connected with existing system including testing and commissioning complete for smooth and jerk free working of lift car door complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. In certain lift at Nofra

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable control panel and control wiring and supply and fix new control panel in hinged MS powder coated , with control wiring comprising with multiple microcontroller programmed chip based, controlled by pulse modulation, complete with all safeties such as thermal overload protection, over current protection, auto phase link to each other in network, and compatible to existing capacity VVVF drive including proper connection with proper lugs, terminal connectors screws and motor connection with galvanised sheet trucking 24 SWG including wiring of main motor with suitable size of stranded copper cable etc Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable cabin fan from car cabin and supply and fixing new new car cabin fan non oscilatting type axial flow single speed 300mm sweep, 240 volts ISI mark with grill complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing old wires and complete new wiring of the lift shaft with copper wire 16/.02 from lift room control panel to motor break devices and landing floor switch locks outside push button with indicators from half way junction for all landing and also to lift inside push button complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix the counter weight guard at the bottom of counter weight rail covering full length to secure counter weight complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying & fixing new buffer spring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down old/unserviceable pit pulley and governor pulley and supply and fix new pulley complete all as specified and directed at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Repair/Replacement of existing car Cabin with new car cabin for 13 PS lift made of 18 SWG stainless steel with hair line finish false ceiling with 1.5mm thick and MS sheet platform with powder coated finish, acrylic sheet and hole for cabin fan covered with powder coated aluminium grill fixed by aluminium plate on top with nuts bolts and washers etc including Cabin Fan 300mm sweep with auto start function non oscollating type(incl wiring with suitable stranded copper conductor cable FRLS) with light fitting LED type of 05 watt -04 Nos, stainless steel false ceiling of 1.2 mm thick, mirror finish, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge. .

Dismantling and taking out defective batteries of automatic rescue devices and supplying and fixing new maintenance free batteries suitable for ARD including necessary connection.17 AH 12 V complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manning & operation of electrically operated lift 08 Ps/ 13 Ps (544/ 884Kg) and 1000/ 2000Kgs Goods lift of make - ECE, OTIS,Thyssenkrupp,etc to serve upto G+12 upper floors (Vidya, Vijaya), 6Ps/8 Ps (408/544Kg) capacity of BBL/OTIS make to serve upto G+6 upper floors in bldg Narmada, Hoogli, Tapti, Kaveri and Himadri daily 16hrs in two shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs including taking care of from any pilfrerage/ theft or damage etc, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in Bldgs :Vidya,Vijaya,Narmada, Hoogli, Tapti, Kaveri and Himadri, Chenab - bldgs (Total- 08 Nos bldgs) Note :- (i) One lift operator to be employed in two bldg per shift. (ii) Passes will be processed only after verification of antecedence of deployed employees and submission of verified experience certificate, Pass shall not be granted without submission of qualification proof & experience certificate for lift operator. In case of OEM, the qualification mentioned in note is not applicable which shall be verified by Engineer-in-Charge before issue of passes (iii) Contractor shall submit ID proof, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engineer-in-Charge before employing a person as Operator (iv) Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. (v) Lift operator (semi skilled) shall be available with lift cell as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge or Lift Cell in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge of Lift Cell or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall be affected.(v) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above. (vi) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the lift cell. The individual employed as lift operator should has minimum qualification of 10th pass or course equivalent from state or central board

(vii) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece VAT as applicable as per latest laws/acts & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (viii) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessitated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. The quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Maharashtra State, representatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from department. (ix) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by him as applicable as per latest laws/acts alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment. (x) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (xi) The bidders are advised not to quote rate less than minimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority. If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of work mentioned in BOQ item No 25.00 i.e Rs 28,77,600.00, the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (Cover No 2). The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost mentioned in BOQ item No 25.00 (i.e) Rs 28,77,600.00 and amount quoted by lowest bidder. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to withhold the said amount which will be verified by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withhold shall be final and binding. The withhold amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 days, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid shall be rejected. The contractor shall sumbit 03 Nos of BGBs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment/ release as the case may be. (xii) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver wherever sundays & holidays are mentioned for working
