Required1. The Contractors / Companies Having Well-education and sufficient Technical Knowledge in this Swimming Pool, Water Park and Amusement Park Field with Minimum 3 years Experience. (Submit Detail portfolio).

Required2. Latest I.T. Returns and Pan Card

Required3. Average Annual financial turnover during the last 3 years and should have at least one order above of 5 crores (as mentioned in Tender Item Only) (C.A. Certificate must be attached)

Required4. Experience of having successfully completed similar works (1 Work Order with Completion Certificate for swimming pool in any sector).

Required5. Note: Similar Work Shall mean MEP Work and Filtration Plant Supplying, Installation, Repairing, Testing & Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance, and Swimming pool Implementation as mentioned in tender documents in any of government, Semi government or any Private organizations/Sector only.

Required6. The applicant is Compulsory to have visited the project site before submitting Price bid and tender documents. No cost for any clarification or visit to site etc. will be reimbursed by the employer. Site Visit Certificate copy must be attached (After visiting the site in person, the agency shall get the signature of the Authority of the municipality Mentioned in the site visit certificate and attach the copy of the certificate online as well as offline.)

Required7. Agencies with good experience will have to submit/include their companys portfolio, with technical skill engineers data and a detailed list of works done, along with Clear Detailing photographs, in hard copy. A copy of the portfolio will have to be attached online as well as offline. So that after comparing the portfolio of each agency, tenders of eligible agencies are opened and the agency is finalized.

Required8. The Contractors / Companies having solvency certificate of Nationalized or Scheduled Bank amounting to 20 percentage of the estimate cost
