"Provision of Train Side Vending (TSV) services in 22673/22674 Ex-MQ-JU-MQ on quotation basis for rendering catering services for a short term period of one year from the date of commencement of work or till the finalization of a regular contract whichever is earlier. :

Minimum annual turnover of Rs.One Crore - 1 Cr. from Food industry business in India for involving production and sale/service of food items in any of the 5 consecutive FY out of the period of last 08 FY i.e. 2017-18 to 2024- 25. The applicants should invariably submit turnover figures for 2023-24 and 2024-25 and turnover for these years should not be Nil. The calculation of consecutive five years fm turnover will be done after exempting the Covid affected year i.e 2020-21 & 2021-22. For example, if bidder has submitted turnover for FY 2016-17,17-18,18-19,19-20 & 22- 23 it will be treated as five consecutive years but it should be ensured that turnover in any of the last years is not nil. In other case if any Bidder wants to submit the consecutive year of COVID affected years, it will also be considered as an option. It should not be NIL in any of the above 08 financial years. Sales of beverages such as soft drinks, packed items will be considered as allied business along with the main production and sale/service of food items.

The Quotationer should be either an individual or a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 or a Partnership Firm registered under the Partnership Act, 1932.

The Quotationer must have a minimum of three years experience in the field of catering/hospitality business.

The applicant must have he kitchen facility preferably standard/modern mechanized kitchen or could enter into an arrangement/Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with any caterer at the originating or enroute points who has a certified kitchen with FSSAI Certification prior to submission of the quotation to make and supply of food items to meet the requirement of onboard passengers.
