Supply and fix stainless steel ball valves (ball of stainless steel) for liquid line of size 50 mm dia with necessary modification work as required at site including dismantling existing unserviceable valves complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for provision of insulation on supply air duct with 25 mm thick fiber glass having factory aluminum foil on external face of the insulation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for insulation with 50 mm thick (TF quality) fire resistant thermocole duly fixed with approved quality adhesive including applying a coat of bituminous paint, necessary hardware for fixing thermocole on return air duct duly wrapped and secured with vapour barrier made out of alkathene sheet of 0.05 mm thick wound with 24 SWG GI chicken wire mesh and plastering in CM (1:4) 10 mm thick to the wire mesh surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for removing perished acoustic insulation and providing new acoustic insulation with 12 mm thick fiber glass rigid board covered with 26 gauge perforated aluminum sheet fixed to the duct with approved quality adhesive including necessary hardware complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for checking the complete refrigerant system of the AC plant of 10 to 20 TR capacities, leak testing with Nitrogen gas under constant pressure of 250 PSI after complete transfer of refrigerant gas from the entire system, rectification of leakages including cutting and brazing the refrigeration system wherever required, replacement of ‘O” rings, Teflon washers of valves, copper tubing, flare nuts etc., neutralizing after the pressure holds good for at least 24 hours, vacuumization, charging the system with refrigerant gas, testing and commissioning of AC plant complete all as specified and as directed :- Note:- Refrigerant gas will be measured and paid for separately as supply only under relevant item.

Material and labour for taking out the defective pressure cut-outs of any range and model and supply & fix new HP/LP pressure cut-out MP-15 , connecting the pressure lines/control wiring, leak testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparation of surfaces by scrapping and removing rusted portion with wire brush and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint for complete refrigeration system, in-let/out-let pipe lines, compressor unit, condenser pump set, control LT panel board duct covers, cooling tower stand including lettering & numbering and applying one coat of white/colour wash to chiller pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete checking, servicing/ rectification of electrical circuits for all units and control wiring showing phase sequence with proper lugging of AC plant control panel including replacement of fused indication lamps with new ones, cleaning of all power contacts, rectification of minor defects in Ammeters and Voltmeters, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairs and servicing of blowers including dismantling and re-building the shaft at worn-out places, machining to it’s original size, replacement of worn out bearings and checking of alignment complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and charging of R-22 gas complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Refron 22/Floron 22/Mafron 22
