Part-1: Aluminum Composite Panel & Allied works.

Fabricating and erecting in position Powder Coated Aluminium sections (Powder coated 50 micron) as per the approved drawing and conforming with the technical specification for fixed partition.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, shutters, partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer in- Charge. With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness.

Providing and fixing chromium plated brass handles with necessary screws etc. complete , 125 mm.

Providing and fixing 100 mm brass locks (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete. Twin rubber stopper.

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick aluminium composite panel for paneling fixed in aluminum doors, and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge

Part-2: Modular and Fixed Furniture

Tables made with 18 mm thick Wood Plastic Composite as per ASTM standards (main desk,side table,back unit) Main desk - Size 180 x 90 x 75 cm, Side Table-Size 100 x 45 x 75 cm, Back Unit - Size 240 x 45 x 75 cm , Drawer Unit- Size45x 50 x 65 cm, Key Board and CPU Trolley etc. complete as per the specification.

Modular Partition for cubicle Size 320 x180 x120cms, MainDesk- Size180x80x75 cm Side Table -Size 100 x 45 x75 cm, Back Unit -Size 180 x 45 x75 cm, Drawer Unit- Size 45 x50 x65 cm, Key Board and CPU Trolley complete as per the specification.
