Door handles 150 mm , 1 No. aluminium flat latch - 300mm long, 2 Nos.Aluminium heavy duty Door Stoppers, 2 Nos.magnetic catchers including fixing the fixtures to door with required no. of screws, bolts and nuts including labour charges for making the frame and fixing the frame in position, fixing the shutter to the frame, fixing fixtures to the shutters including cost of overheads and contractor profit etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS 1001 and 1002 in all floors.

Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame section of 100*65 MM with encapsulation of 6 MM rigid layer on all external surfaces. The door frame will have a rebate of 32MM/ 37 MM. The two Vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x75 MM long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine. The ready/assembled door frame is fixed to wall using Z Hand fast 300 MM long hold fast and including Supplying and fixing of 28/30 mm thick Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) Door shutter, comprising of 70% virgin polymer, 15% wood powder (fibre), and the remaining 15% additives, comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58- 60 (Suspension grade), Calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder) and nontoxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum door density of 650kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength 1800N (Face) & 900N (Edge), Modulus of Elasticity 900N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws , including Stainless Steel Aldrops (IS:15834) 200 mm long -1no, Tower Bolt-10 mm Bolt (IS:15833) 150 mm Long -1no , Door Handles 150 mm Long-2 no and 3 nos of butt hinges of 125mm including fixing the fixtures to door with required no. of screws, bolts and nuts including labour charges for fixing the frame in position, fixing the shutter to the frame, overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work

Plastering 12mm thick in two coats using river sand with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, river sand, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental charges on materials, cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, cutting grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (SS 901,903 & 904)

Flooring with polished shahabad / Tandur stone slabs of 15mm to 18mm thick size as specified and approved by Engineer-in -charge set over a base coat of CM (1:8) , 12mm thick using screened sand over already laid CC bed / RCC roof slab including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 Kgs per Sqm and jointed with neat cement to full depth including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, river sand , water, flooring stones etc. complete, all labour charges like dressing of flooring stones to the required size, mixing of cement mortar, laying, lift charges , cost of base coat etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.
