Taking down carefully unserviceable aluminum/copper point wiring (light/ fan/ socket/ power) complete including fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses etc but excluding light fittings and exhaust fans etc removing and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm nominal area PVC insulated and unsheathed cable single core FRLS copper cable 1100 Volts with multistranded, copper conductor in and including PVC rigid concealed conduit (heavy grade) including chases cutting as required on site and conduit accessories along with continous earth wire 1.5sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed single core FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade with standard copper conductor and connected to common earth dolly, with and including cadmium plated sunk Modular metal flush boxes for modular switches complete all as specified and directed, One light point controlled by one switch one way . Note:- modular white cover and plate with frame will be measured and paid saperately under respective item complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
