Brick work using Second class common burnt clay buildings bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) and curing complete as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying 15mm (fifteen millimeters) thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles in all girth and finished even and smooth complete as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, royality, octroi, toll tax, GST or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and viberated cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement isto two coarse sand isto four graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size) in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etcetra, up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade new work (Two or more coat applied at the rate 3.28 ltr/10 sqm (Three point two eight litre per ten square metre) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied at the rate 2.20kg/10 sqm (Two point two zero kilogram per ten square metre) as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing of ceder PVC wall panels/ceiling in wal affair colour 3600x3600x10mm (Three thousand six hundred into Three thousand six hundred into ten millimetre) size with land channels duty fixed of ceiling with nails, screw etcetra including plastic gitties, vand, fevicol adhesive complete as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing 35mm (Thirty five milliemtrre) thick ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws construction with frame of first class hard wood and well matched teak 3 (three) ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
