Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied within manufacturer's specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m² of concrete surface).

Cleaning the exposed reinforcement preferably upto full diameter by wire brush, applying two coats of polymer based rust removing compound left for 24 hours, removing the coating and then applying two (2) coats of polymer modified anti corrosive protective coating formulated to inhibit the corrosion of reinforcement as per manufacturer's specification] [Mode of measurement:The affected surface area of reinforcement shall be considered for payment]

Labour for taking out door and window frame including shutter for repair or replacement of different parts of the frame & refixing the same including mending good all damaes complete. (Concrete and brick work for mending damage will be paid separately) Upto area 2.5 Sq.m

Supplying, Fitting & Fixing 30 mm thick Factory made solid Panel PVC Door Shutter consisting of outer frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size 19 mmx19 mm for styles, top and bottom rails, M.S. frame shall have cost of steel primers of approved make and manufacture, M.S. frame covered with 5mm th. heat moulded PVC “C” channel of size 30 mm th, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on either sides forming styles; and 5 mm th. 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top & bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Supplying and application of chemical for post Installed rebar connection by using ETA approved for seismic criteria In rebar connection , including drilling hole to the required depth by rotary hammer drill, cleaning with brush & jet of clean air, filling chemical using serrated nozzle to eliminate mixing error and in a voidless manner including charges for alt tools & plants. Application to be designed for post • Installed rebars as per EC2/TR023 or relevant tested and accepted design guidelines and the design document to be furnished by the manufacturer. The chemical should have ETA approval for seismic criteria of rebar fixing which should be furnished by manufacturer. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per manufacturer's specifications as approved by EIC prior to drilling along with post-installed rebar embedment design report. The existing concrete member should be scanned using rebar scanner to avoid hitting existing reinforcement in concrete during drilling. Notes :- 1) This rate is excluding the cost of scaffolding. 2) This work should not be executed without specific permission of Superintending Engineer of the respective circle and injection process should be executed in the presence of officer not below the rank of Assistant Engineer to supervise the work minutely. 3) Rebar grouting Is specifically required for extension and strengthening purpose of old or existing RCC structural members with new RCC structural members through rebar fixing chemical Item without breaking beam, column, roof slab, lintel, ceiling etc. iv) Cost of post installed rebaring application with chemical as specified for 16 mm dia per cm of depth
