Taking down window type Air Conditioner of 1.0 TR/1.5 TR / 2.0 TR, cleaning completely of cooling coil initially with hand blower, spraying with soap water solution and finally clean with clear water and refixing at same location with complete testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling covers of out-door and in-door units of split type Air Conditioner of capacity 1.0TR/1.5TR/2.0TR, cleaning completely the condenser coil and cooling coil initially with hand blower, spraying with soap water solution and finally clean with clear water, re-fixing the covers in same position, complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out pressure leak test by Nitrogen gas pressure for detecting leak in condensing unit refrigerant pipe and repairing the leak by welding or brazing of condensing unit and refrigerant pipe, putting under pressure for leak checking after repairs of leak pipe including gas charging as per existing and and transporting & carrying out T&P required at site for the following capacity of ACs, water coolers, refrigerators & deepfreezers, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The rate under mentioned items included for transpotation of AC to & from work shop as approved by Engr-in-Charge.)

CENTRAL TYPE AC PLANT 50 TR CAPACITY (3 x 25 TR) (Existing Make of Plant to be repaired :- VOLTAS)

M&L for preventive and comprehensive maintenance of Central AC Chiller Plant of Capacity 3 x 25 TR strictly through OEM i.e. M/s Voltas for the plant and equipment of Model No. ACWCDSQ26DPMN 2 X 1P 25. The scope of work is as under :- (a) Checking and rectification if required for abnormal noise, vibration, leakage of refrigerant, oil etc. (b) Topping up of system with refrigerant and oil replace dehydrators etc. (c) Checking of operation of oil heater, motor protector, flow switch, loading unloading etc. (d) Checking of control valve. (e) Attend breakdown calls as and when required, investigation of system, locate defect and rectify the same as soon as posible. (f) All the maintenance /servicing work should be done in such a way so that the equipment /unit can be used for its optimum performance. (g) Adjustment in the system to achive required temprature and RH level. (h) Cleaning of all type of air filter. (l) Cleaning of diffuser, grills, damper etc if required. (m) Servicing, cleanning of evaporators, expansion valve, water cooled condenser, oil cooler, oil pipe, oil filter, refrigerant piping, refrigerant filter & solenoid valve etc.

Notes for Item No. 7.01 : (a) Scope of work also include supply of material like timer, chiller in/out sensor, filter drier and solenoid coil during AMC. (b) Comprehensive maintenance is to be carried out by OEM i.e. M/s Voltas only. The contractor has submit MOU of the plant from OEM and it will be essential requirement and will be submitted to GE / Engr-in-Charge before execution of work. Necessary fitness certificate after maintenance to be produced by contractor from OEM for claiming the payment. (c) Quoted rate deemed to be included for 3 x 25 TR capacity plant complete system is considered one job. (d) Job will be done every three month apart upto cmpletion of CA prevision and If any defect has occurred within the period, the contractor shall be responsible to redone job with own cost.

Taking out electric driven induction motor of capacity 3 HP/2.25 KW for cooling tower with disconnecting all electric connection and transporting to workshop for repair including servicing of motor, re-winding of the motor with suitable gauge of super enamelled copper wire, varnishing, drying, heating including greasing, oiling reassembling, transporting upto site, re-installaion and testing & painting of the motor including replacement of following worn-out parts like bearings, connector etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out electric driven induction motor of capacity 20 HP/15 KW for chilled water with disconnecting all electric connection and transporting to workshop for repair including servicing of motor, re-winding of the motor with suitable gauge of super enamelled copper wire, varnishing, drying, heating including greasing, oiling reassembling, transporting upto site, re-installaion and testing & painting of the motor including replacement of following worn-out parts like bearings, connector etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out electric driven induction motor of capacity 10 HP/7.5 KW for condenser water with disconnecting all electric connection and transporting to workshop for repair including servicing of motor, re-winding of the motor with suitable gauge of super enamelled copper wire, varnishing, drying, heating including gressing, oiling reassembling, transporting upto site, re-installaion and testing & painting of the motor including replacement of following worn-out parts like bearings, connector etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out electric driven induction motor of capacity 15 HP/11 KW for hot water with disconnecting all electric connection and transporting to workshop for repair including servicing of motor, re-winding of burn motor with suitable gauge of super enamelled copper wire, varnishing, drying, heating including greasing, oiling reassembling, transporting upto site, re-installaion and testing & painting of the motor including replacement of following worn-out parts like bearings, connector etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective condensor water pump of suction/delivery 80/65 mm, head 25m capacity, coupled with motor cap 10HP, 1450 rpm, after disconnecting all mechanical & electrical Connections, cleaning all parts incl impeller including replacement of worm out parts like bush/bearing, gland packing, greasing and servicing/overhauling etc. complete and installed the same incl testing, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The rate under mentioned items included for transpotation of pump set from site to work shop and back at site.)

Taking down Defective Chiller water pump of suction/delivery 80/65 mm, head 25m capacity, coupled with motor cap 20 HP, 1450 rpm, after disconnecting all mechanical & electrical Connections, cleaning all parts incl impeller including replacement of worn out parts like bush/bearing, gland packing, greasing and servicing/overhauling etc. complete and installed the same incl testing, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The rate under mentioned items included for transpotation of pump set from site to work shop and back at site.)

Taking down Defective hot water pump of suction/delivery 80/65 mm, head 25m capacity, coupled with motor cap 15 HP, 1450 rpm, after disconnecting all mechanical & electrical Connections, cleaning all parts incl impeller including replacement of worn out parts like bush/bearing, gland packing, greasing and servicing/overhauling etc. complete and installed the same incl testing, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The rate under mentioned items included for transpotation of pump set from site to work shop and back at site.)

Taking down Defective cooling tower water pump of suction/delivery 25/40 mm, head 25m capacity, coupled with motor cap 3 HP, 1450 rpm, after disconnecting all mechanical & electrical Connections, cleaning all parts incl impeller including replacement of worn out parts like bush/bearing, gland packing, greasing and servicing/overhauling etc. complete and installed the same incl testing, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The rate under mentioned items included for transpotation of pump set from site to work shop and back at site.)

(Note : To Produce company original test certificate before payment as per approved make.)

M&L for disconnecting of electric connection and mechanical items of existing compressor including inlet or outlet copper pipes by cutting/brazing and rimming etc for rectification of faults of compressor by carrying out compressor pressure test/leakage test and its efficiency. After carrying out compression test, the necessary repair / overhauling of compressor as per OEM recommandation and reinstallation of compressor as per existing one including vaccuming of entire system , connection of electric connection, mechanical items of existing compressor including inlet or outlet copper pipes. After completion of connection filling of refrigerent gas (R-407C) in required qty, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Refrigerent gas (R-407C) shall be paid separately.]

M&L Nitrogen gas pressure testing by pressurising upto 300 psi of the complete system of each unit (1 x 25 TR) to find out the leakage & maintaining pressure for required time and rectifying leakages in the system, vaccumising complete system of central A/C plant with double stage vaccum pump of 2kg/Sq cm vaccum pressure, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for charging refrigeration gas R-407C for central AC plant for commissioning, complete all as specified and directed.
