M&L in replacement of unserviceable ball bearing of any size suitable for any type/make of ceiling fan including testing as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of unserviceable gun metal bush of size suitable for any type/make of ceiling fan including fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of fan blades (set of three) including scrues of any make/type and suitable for existing ceiling fan of size 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note - Old unserviceable exhaust fan to be deposited in MES store yard.

M&L Two coats of spray painting to exhaust fan any type and size with Ist quality synthetic enamel paint, co-lour as approved by GE after removing existing paint by scrubbing, dusting etc and finally writing the fan numbers etc in paint co lour as approved by GE complete all as directed.

Taking down the geysers of capacity 25 Ltrs from its mounting position by removing all water and electric connections and de-assembling the geyser and carrying out the following works, (a) Descaling, cleaning the inner tank thoroughly and there should not be any bad taste of water. (b) Examining the water tightness of storage tank after cleaning. (c) Examining the physical condition of thermostat, base assembly fusible plug and outer tank for its serviceability. (d) Inspection of pilot lamps. (e) Reassembling the geyser parts and testing including checking all electrical system (ensuring there is no current leakage) and also conducting hydraulic testing. (f) Re-fixing the Geyser and making electric connections, inlet and outlet water connections and testing and checking of all water inlet, outlet valves connected with geysers. Note : Defective /worn outparts if required shall be measured and paid separetely under relevant items in this schedule.
