Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete With material conforming to Grade-III (size range 26.5 mm to 0.075 mm (twenty six point five millimetre to zero point zero seventy five millimetre) having CBR Value-20 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS: 8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge. With rapid setting bitumen emulsion On W.B.M / W.M.M. @ 0.4kg/sqm (zero point four kilogram per square metre)

With medium setting bitumen emulsion On bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm (zero point twenty five kilogram per square metre)

2 cm (two centimetre) premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum (one point eight cubic metre) and 0.90 cum (zero point ninety cubic metre) of stone chippings of 13.2 mm (thirteen point two millimetre) size and 11.2 mm (eleveen point two millimetre) size respectively per 100 sqm (hundred square metre) and 52 kg (fifty two kilogram) and 56 kg (fifty six kilogram) of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm (thirteen point two millimetre and eleveen point two millimetre) size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately) with paving asphalt grade VG-10 heated and then mixed with solvent at the rate of 70 grams per kg of asphalt including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm (two point thirty six millimetre) and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg (one hundred twenty eight kilogram) of bitumen of grade VG 10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum (zero point sixty cubic metre) of fine aggregate per 100 sqm (hundred square metre) of road surface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.
