Maintenance and complete overhauling of L.T , Oil circuit breaker of existing make/ type/model/capacity including disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with petrol and CRC-226 and replacing unserviceable parts, and accessories, oiling / greasing of moving parts includng reassembling fine setting of mechanism removing of oil tank well cleaning and decarbonization of arc control pot fixed and moving contacts ,hinges contacts and repacement of unserviceable parts insulating oil and reassembling and making OCB in perfect operation in manual and electrical mode including well cleaning the complete panel board, main busbar, carbonizing all joints,busbar CTs, metal parts and checking of tripping system of L.T circuit breaker . Note:- Spare parts required to make OCB functional will be measure and paid separately under respective items.

All as per srl item No 02 here-in-before but of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 400 mm and without MCCB

M&L for preparing old painted surface of panel board by cleaning removing of the old paint by scrathing with wire brush/sand paper etc and including denting/patching of broken/rusted surfaces etc and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting on inside/outside surface of panel,all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for fabrication of door/surfaces of LT panel indoor/outdoor as per existing size / thickness/shape and fitted in the panel with door handle, formed gasket around doors, lock insets, earthing strips, door stay, hinges etc. including two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting on inside/outside surface of panel,all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Repair to LT panel of any size in different location with arc/gas welding with replacement of hinges and place the door in original position, replacement of door locks and replacement of indicator lamp (1 set) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in replacement copper bus bar in the panel of existing size and capacity for phase and neutral with heat shrinkable including PVCsleeves in different colour codes for phase indication all as per directed by Engr-in-charge

S & F in replacement LED type phase indication lamp of Red /blue/Green colour for phase indication in existing panels complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised or steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically ( to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to strip 32x 6 mm size with nuts, bolts , check nuts , washers, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around, top & bottom watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel and wiremesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR -1991 Part I and connecting to arthing test point,main switch board and testing on completion including PCC chamber concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover 75mm thick with MS TMT bar 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c both ways in cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 all asshown in electrical plate in No 5 of SSR(Pt-I)1991 complete all as specified and dirfected by Engineer-in-charge

Taking down u/s MCCB 4 pole 630 Amp 415 Volt and S & F in replacement MCCB 415 Volts 4 pole 630 Amps 50 Hz 50 KA of existing make model and type alongwith spreader terminal with adjustable thermal setting including lugs/thimbles of suitable size in existing panels complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : Necessary addition /altration required to adjust MCCB in the panel shall be done by the contractor and no extra payment will be made to the contractor

Clearing away all grass vegetation ,saplings, shrubs, brush wood undergrowth roots and trees not exceeding 30 CM girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified.

M&L Repairs & overhauling to LT ACBs of any capacity(400 A to 2000 A) of any make by removing out the breaker from the respective panels after taking proper electric shut down & disconnecting the breaker, checking it thoroughly for the defects & tripping system of the ACB and rectifing them, lubrication of moving contacts, overhauling of the ACB, replacement of wornout minor spares like springs, washers, levers, nuts & bolts etc reassembling , re-installation ,testing & commissioning of ACB complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge

Note :Cost of lubricants, cleaning agents, testing tools and minor spares shall be deemed to be including in quoted rates
