Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/ hard rock, stacking the excavated earth , clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc., consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then dosposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer -in- charge including uprooting of trees, dressing of beds and sides and prrparation of sub grade, restoration of unmtalled/ metalled/ paved surfaces to its original conditions includingsoring, struttin, timbering and dewatering, whete ever required, providing diversion for traffic, fixing night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses complete with in all leads and lifts and as per direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1: cement :3 sand :6 graded crushed stone agg. of 40mm. Nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1: cement :6 sand :12 graded crushed stone agg. of 40mm. Nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry polygonal masonery (uncoursed/ brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 racking out of joints in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) with in all leads & lifts as per direction & entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1: cement :1.5 sand :3 graded crushed stone agg. of 20mm. Nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation footing bases of column and the like mass concrete with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtr. Thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses, plinth and string courses etc, from top of foundation upto floor two level complete in all respect with in all leads and lift as per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charges.

Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1: cement :2 sand :4 graded crushed stone agg. of 20mm. Nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level with in all leads & lifts as per direction & entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in- charge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement motor 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 sand) complete in all respect complete in all respect with in all leads and lift as per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charges.

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames manufacture from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thick including hinge,jamb,beed and if required angles thrashold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means,adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5mm thick with mortar guards,lock stricke plate and shock absarbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface Profile-B with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

2nd. Class brick work using common brunt clay building brick in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 sand) with in all leads & lifts as per direction & entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in- charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks (2nd. class) in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6 sand) with in all leads & lifts as per direction & entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in- charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. So as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs landing and the like floors etc.upto 200mm in thickness.upto all thickness including all with in all leads & lifts as per direction & entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in- charge.

Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters butteress plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. In depth in all heights from floor with in all leads & lifts as per direction & entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in- charge.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads & lifts as per direction & entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in- charge.

6mm thick cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortor 1:3(One cement: three sand) with in all leads & lifts as per direction & entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in- charge.

20mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of bricks/ stone masonary for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in C.M 1:6 (One cement: six sand) with in all leads & lifts as per direction & entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. fan clamp(Type-I of 16mm dia M.S. Bar bent to shape with hooked ends in RCC. Slab during laying including painting the exposed portion of loop all as per standard design complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per direction & entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in- charge.

Stone filling under floor with in all leads & lifts as per direction & entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in- charge

Providing and laying Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1:cement :2 sand:4 graded crushed stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size) and curing complete laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement 40mm thick with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing MS grills of required pattern in wooden/ steel frames of window etc with M.S flat square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screw with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing paneled glazed or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clear story windows including black enameled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick second class deodar wood with in all leads & lifts as per direction & entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in- charge.

White washing with lime on un-decorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dust, dirt mortor dirt and other foreign matter with in all leads & lifts as per direction & entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in- charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint (smosum) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel scrapers sand paper complete.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, With readymixed paint other than white, with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and knooting, ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with paint other than white.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including finishing the top surface of concrete smooth complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per direction & entire satisfaction of the Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts, nuts, screw etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. 250x16mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolt (berrel type) anodized transparent or dyed to required shade colour with screw etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium handle anodized transparent or dyed to required shade colour with necessary screw etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying, jointing and testing G.M.S. tubes in trenches of 150 mm dia and class including tubes fitting such as bends, tees etc., complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge as per IS-1239(Part-1) 1979 fully jointed with MS flanges Table-5 as per IS-6392-1971 including welding in two layers on both faces as per IS-816-1965, gasket sheet not less than 3mm thickness, nuts and bolts etc., and cutting of threaded ended complete in all respect. The cost of M.S. flanges,bends, tees welding charges, nuts and bolts, gasket sheet are inclusive within all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing of Cast Iron double flanged Sluice Valve P.N.1.0 ISI 14846 C.I. body wedged / Bronze rings 150mm dia having test pressure of 10.20 Kg/cm sqm including fitting ( With Hand Wheel ) including brass spindle complete with nuts,bolts,rubber insertion etc. Make Kartar including The MS flanges on both faces to be confirmed as per table-5 IS 6392-1971 with upto date ammendments including required number and size of MS nuts and bolts including asbestest fiber jointing gasket 3mm thick and confirming to IS: 2712- 1965 with latest ammendments. The welding of flange to be done on both faces in two layer as per IS: 814-1967 to make the joint leak proof complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect.

Steel work welded in built up section trusses and framed work i/c cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guards bars, ladders railing, brackets and similar work complete in all respect with in all leads and lift as per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charges.

Supplying and fixing galvanized steel bar-bed wire (IS:278-1962 Type -I) weighing 9.38 kg/ per 100 metres (Minimum) straining and fixing to any type of standard rails.straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed ( Posts and struts of wood concrete, steel etc. and straining bolts shall be paid seperately)
