DESCRIPTION OF WORK
A. Repairing/cleaning and overhauling of radiator assly.
1. Radiator top tank & bottom tank dismantling.
2. Cleaning of tube by gauging with acid.
3. Radiator tube repairing.
4. Repairing and welding of top & bottom tank with PGR.
5. Radiator top tank & bottom tank assly fitting.
6. Gas kit changing top and bottom tank.
7. Radiator side bracket opening, fitting & setting.
Material Required:- DA cylinder-1/2 no., Oxygen cylinder-01 no, Low hydrogen electrode-06 kg, Grinding wheel-02 nos, HT bolt 20X75mm-06 nos,
B. Repairing of RHS side front suspension
1. Bend piston rod of suspension cap straightening by Hyd. Press machine & alignment checking on lathe machine.
2. Cap piston rod metal filling and polishing.
3. Cap piston rod fresh thread making by using.
4. New nut making with lock pin.
5. Eye hole welding and line boring.
6. Dismantling and assembling charges.
Material required:- DA cylinder-01 no, Oxygen cylinder-02 nos, Gauging electrode-06 kg, Low hydrogen electrode-10 kg, MS electrode-09 kg, Grinding wheel-03 nos, Gas cutter set-04 nos.
