Disconnecting & taking down complete ceiling fan with blade of any make 1200 mm / 1400 mm sweep from fan hook/ fan box, transporting to local workshop/contractors godown , opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding , cleaning with kerosene oil /diesel/ terpin oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge and number of turns as recommended by the respective manufactures, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper insulation (cuff/strip type) replacing u/s providing paper insulation (cuff / strip type) replacing u/s / missing spare (bush, bearing, capacity shackle insulator, canopy, nuts , bolts, earthing , screw, upper, socket, CI block , quarter /split pin (top & bottom) , lock nut etc) fixing the stator in rotor properly aligned and resembling ensuring right DOR, speedy and noiseless running and connecting cable and depositing in E/M yard complete all as directed by Engr in charge Note: Bush, bearing, capacitor, and canopy, shackle insulator with nuts, bolts and sockets shall be measured and paid for separately.

Down-Rod shall be of make of existing fan or as approved by the GE.

Disconnecting and taking down ceiling fan of any sweep for carrying out overhauling such as cleaning ,oiling, lubricating, greasing etc and replacement of minor parts such as washer, split pins/ blade screw etc and defective parts, if any, and refixing the ceiling fan fan on same location and connecting it properly and testing for noiseless running to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i). Defective parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only. (ii). Cost of the minor parts i.e. washer, split pins/ blade screw etc deemed to be included in unit rate & nothing shall be paid on this account.

Spray painting of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep and testing at site full load with super enamelled heat resistant synthetic white paint duly filling the cavities with filler complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting & taking down (burnt) exhaust fan of any make 300mm sweep transporting to local workshop, opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding , cleaning with kerosene oil / diesel/ terpin oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge as recommended by the respective manufactures, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper insulation (cuff /strip type) replacing u/s / missing spare (bush, bearing , capacity etc) fixing the stator in rotor properly aligned and reassembling ensuring right DOR , speedy and noiseless running and depositing in E/M yard Note: Bush bearing capacitor shall be measured and paid for separately.

All as per serial item No. 74 here-in-before but exhaust fan 450 mm sweep.

Collecting unserviceable (burnt) table / cabin fan of any make and sweep up to 450 mm from Internal Elect Section, transporting to local workshop, opening, cutting and taking out complete copper winding, cleaning with kerosene oil / diesel / terpin oil and dried out, rewinding with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable size and gauge as recommended by the respective manufacturers, varnishing and heating the winding including providing paper insulation (cuff / strip type), replacing unserviceable / missing spares (bush, bearing, capacitor etc), fixing the stator in rotor properly aligned and reassembling ensuring right DOR, speedy and noiseless running and depositing in E/M Yard for further issue to the user.

Periodical maint to Fire alarm systems installed in three technica buildings (two loop system ) of make Siemens including replacement of faulty service parts of fire alarm system ( Fire alarm controll pannel ) The alarm function of controlls of controll and indicating eqpt (controll Pannel) will be checked by operation of trigger of each zone.All fault indicator and their circuits shall be checked by stimulation of fault condition (SMOKE DETECTOR ) Smoke detector shall be cleaned periodically so as to remove dust or dirt that accumulates on them due to local ambiant condition at least each detectors is cleaned twise in a month, MANNUAL CALL POINTS HOOTERS: All mannual call points will be operated twise a month by removing glass cover or by actual braking go glass so as to ensuare that system is capable of operation under alarm conditions and all hooters give proper sound, RESPONSE INDICTORS All detctectors which are placed in side a cabin or room will be tested by indicating the particular detetor.So as to ensuare the proper working of response indicator . WIRING AND CABLES : A visual inspection will be made so that structure or occupancy changes do not damage cables and sitting of trigger divice (mannual call points ,smoke detectors and heat detectors Note: All major items will be paid and measured seperatily

Atternding comptaints of internal elect supply,including locating and rectification of fault and ensuring the compete serviceablity with replacement of defective/unserviceable components such as switches ,sockets,lamp,holder ,ceiling rose of any type ,DBs,MCB main switches service wires/cables etc and other accessories and per site requirement . the deffective items shall be measured and paid for separetly under respective items here-in-after or issued from MES store yard free for fixing only (if not availeble in this CA) Note:-(a) Rate are inclusive of taking down and refixing of under related item only. Material & labour in replacement for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 25 x 4 mm galvanised iron strip, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour in replacement Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductions above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour in replacement for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 20 x 3 mm copper strip , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour in replacement for test point made out of GI strip 50x6mm, 200 mm long brass nut bolts - 2 Nos and 12mm dia GI nut bolts 40mm long- 03 Nos complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour in replacement for test point made out of copper strip 32x6mm, 200 mm long brass nut bolts - 2 Nos and 12mm dia GI nut bolts 40mm long- 03 Nos complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour in replacement for air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long fixed to GI pipe bracket complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour in replacement for air termination, single pointed copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long fixed to GI pipe bracket complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Suppy & Fixing/laying in repair galvanised, steel ( GI) , medium grade, ISI marked, 40mm bore with all fittings for fixing air termination rod complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-I using 20mm graded agrgate for PCC of size 0.3x0.3x0.25 cube with for mounting GI pipe 40mm dia

M & L for PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 including RCC cover for earth pits , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge
