Dismantling of plain or corrugated asbestos cement roof sheet, any gauge, thickness, including ainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws at height upto 15mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering edges /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete at height upto 15mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel as in truss, purlins of any description complete all as specified and directed

M&L framed Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel in flat, round or square bars, in available lengths onforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 as in wind tie & other connected work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete confirming to FE 41-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint 1st quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter chanel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 & 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm c/c inteRunning Metreediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm c/c with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exceeding 1.2M length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to inteRunning Metreediate channel at 457mm c/c and hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and including M&L for applying 02 mm thick plaster of paris over and including supply and fixing 4mm Asbestos cement building boards, plain E Classic board as in ceiling fixed with screws as per manufacturers instructions over the frame work and including taking down old existing ceiling, complete all specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and including 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing, including taking down old existing lining all as specified and directed.
