Retrofitting work of RI Godown No II at KMML

Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, Providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of 450mm diameter and specified length below pile cap in M-25 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto the bottom of pile cap):

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches and foundations including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and lift upto 1.5m, disposal of excavated earth, at the places pointed out . Excavation shall be carried out as per the level furnished to the contractor. The contractor shall neatly level the disposed earth during the work.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Filling with available earth (excluding rock), back filling in excavation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth cosolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) using contractor's own men, material and machinery.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete M30 grade (Minimum cement content 340 kg/m3) including curing and finishing as per technical specifications and instructions of the engineer and excluding cost of reinforcement steel for pile cap, grade beam, plinth tie etc.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete M30 grade (Minimum cement content 340 kg/m3) including curing and finishing as per technical specifications and instructions of the engineer and excluding form work and of reinforcement steel for columns/ Counterforts.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete M20 grade (Minimum cement content 340 kg/m3) including curing and finishing as per technical specifications and instructions of the engineer and excluding form work and of reinforcement steel for beams.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete M20 grade (Minimum cement content 340 kg/m3) including curing and finishing as per technical specifications and instructions of the engineer and excluding form work and of reinforcement steel for wall

Centering and shuttering for foundation including struting, propping etc. and removal of shuttering.

Centering and shuttering for RCC beams and lintels including struting, propping etc. and removal of shuttering.

Centering and shuttering for columns and counterforts including struting, propping etc. and removal of shuttering.

Centering and shuttering for wall including struting, propping etc. and removal of shuttering.

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, welding and placing in position and binding all complete at all levels with all cost and conveyance of Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars (Fe500 / Fe415) steel, binding wire, cover block etc complete as per technical specifications and instruction of engineer. (Only approved laps will be considered for payment)

Solid block masonry using precast solid blocks (factory made) of size 30x20x15 cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for super structure upto floor 2 level in CM 1:6 etc. complete.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:6, 12 mm thick including curing for exposed faces of concrete or masonry with contractors own materials, conveyance and labour charges as per technical specifications and instructions of engineer.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm ( + 0.05 %), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 gm per sqm as per IS:277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surfec etc complete.

Providing and applying (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Demolishing cement concrete - Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) - manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Mechanical transport of earth / excavated materials / debris / building waste to anywhere within KMML or out side including loading, unloading and leveling at dumping site as instructed. Upto 1 km

Supplyng and providing temporary crib staging for supporting the roof truss of the building at the existing lines and levels as per the drawing and as instructed by the engineer in charge. (This shall be maintained till the permanent structure is in place and load transfer is completed safely).
