COMPREHENSIVE MAINT TO BLDGS AT NORTH SIDE OF RUNWAY IN TECH AREA UNDER AGE BR-I AT AF STN JODHPUR

Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement/ lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below/ above ground level) including floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster work any description from brick or stone wall/ ceiling etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for walling of squared rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismatling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in levelling course, finished even and fair for laying floor finishes etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), surface finished fair and even complete all specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling in cement mortar (1:4), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying one coat of white cement base wall care putty 2 mm thick on walls finished even and smooth with sand paper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.
