Construction of new 10 bedded PHC At Kalajhari Amarpur Gomati District And At Rupaichari under South Tripura District on EPC BASIS

Planning, Designing, and obtaining approval for Construction of new 10 (ten) bedded PHC i) At Kalajhari, Amarpur, Gomati District with 10 nos of staff quarters (Type-I – 4 nos, Type-II – 4nos, Type-III- 2 nos) along with kitchen, morgue, garage, generator and driver room ii) At Rupaichari under South Tripura District with provision of meeting room in 1st floor along with kitchen, morgue, garage & driver room. with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications as per scope of work Part-C of Bid Document.

Construction of new 10 (ten) bedded PHC at Kalajhari, Amarpur, Gomati District with 10 nos of staff quarters (Type-I – 4 nos, Type-II – 4nos, Type-III- 2 nos) along with kitchen, morgue, garage, generator and driver room with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work Part-C of bid documents and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incorporating stipulated specification and adopting NBC- 2016 norms, & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual construction of 10 (ten) bedded PHC at Kalajhari, Amarpur, Gomati District only. [Before quoting the rate by the bidder it is important to go through all the parameter specially contained in Part C of the Bid document] [The Employer reserves the right to change /modify /curtail /enhance the spatial and functional requirement of the proposed building at any time or stage of progress of the tendering, awarding or implementation process, without assigning any reason whatsoever for the same and which the bidders/ contractor(s) / agency/agencies shall be bound to abide by without thus being entitled to any kind of extra payment or facility whatsoever. In case of curtailment of work in Built-up-Area at awarding / post-award/ execution stages, the payment to the Contractor shall be proportionately reduced in line with the reduced volume of work].
