Providing and laying Gunny bags filled with local sand/ clay & tightened properly using sutli, carriage up to site, placing in position including supply of all material, labour, T7P etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

The surface preparation of old concrete by way of running wire brush and chiseling for laying of concrete as per technical specifications including all stages and scaffolding etc. (complete finished item with all lead and lift).

Drilling of 45 mm dia holes for fixing of 32 mm dia steel anchor and 1000 mm deep in old concrete by way of suitable equipment.

Providing and fixing 32 mm dia dowel bar/anchor bar/grouted bars fixed into concrete 1000 mm deep in old concrete.

Epoxy resin system of approved make filling in drilled holes for anchoring as per technical specifications including the cost of all materials carriage, staging scaffolding and labour etc. complete finished item.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth leve; Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect: Epoxy bonding adhesive having coverage 2.20 sqm/kgof approved make.

Providing and laying high performance concreteM65/A20 as per technical specifications, proper compaction, curing, including the cost of all materials, carriage, staging, scaffolding and labour etc. with all leads and lifts complete finished item.

Epoxy mortar with seal coat over concrete surface over a coat of epoxy primer of required thickness (consumption of material may be more due to uneven surface/undulation) or in multiple layers as specified and applying epoxy as per technical specification including the cost of scaffolding and labour etc. and excluding the cost of all the materials, complete Epoxy mortar 5mm thick layer.

Dewatring in spillway glacies/bucket including (motor pump, starter for pump, pipe, operator etc.) all the necessary arrangement made by the contractor own cost.
