The work shall include all allied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/O PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls, Toilets, Septic Tanks, dewatering, all internal and external electrical wiring, water supply and sanitary fittings, External Solar powered Street lighting and other allied items. The clear height of walls shall be 3.00 mtrs. above floor level up to slab level . The thickness of slab shall not be less than 100 mm. in all respect shall be included in plinth area rates. The outer doors & Window shall be in double shutters and aluminium grills for windows. Internal wiring shall be in PVC conduits as per relevent data sheet and scope of work.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The work shall include supplying of 5 sets of structural design and drawings etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work.

Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning RCC Circular Over head/under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab , roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level, indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves shall be included in the rates of tanks . Excavation in foundation, trenches ( for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
Laying, jointing, testing at site and cariage of pipe in trenches ( to be levelled to grades) ISI marked P/E (IS:1239) GI flanged pipes of following diameter, class & wall thickness and IS specification capable to withstand the required hydraulic test pressure as per IS Code in a random length of 4 mtrs. to 7 mtrs. with bevelled ends and jointed with flange table mentioned below conforming to IS-6392-1971(latest with up to date amendments). The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in double layer each to make the joint leak proof according to relevant BIS standard and specifications. The pipe including nuts and bolts of required size, 3mm thick compressed asbestos fibre jointing gasket/ synthatic rubber jointing gasket should be conforming to relevant BIS code. Laying will include all operations such as cutting, welding, painting and jointing including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing of pipe complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying, welding and testing of ISI marked GMS pipes (P/E) in trenches of following dia as per IS:1239, including jointing the pipes with butt welding at both the ends (in three layers) according to relevant BIS standards/ approved specifications including manufacturing reducers/ tapers, all short pieces and bends as per site required and made from parent tubes ( to be measured and paid alongwith pipes. Bends shall be manufactured in such a way that not more than 11/1/4 degree deflection is enused by a single cut and internal dia is not reduced including hydraulic testing to the enitre satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing , laying, fixing, jointing and testing in trenches MS pipe of following dia meters confirming to confirming to ISO 3183-2007 (with up to date amendments), of following grade and having wall thickness as specified below with plain end and capable of withstanding required test pressure in random length of 4 to 7 meters, including specials, short pieces, bends, reducers, tees etc. made from parent tube, providing and welding of MS flanges detailed as below. The MS flanges shall confirm to BIS 6392-1971 (with latest up to date amendments) duly welded in four layers (two inner and two outer) with pipes at both ends as per relevant BIS standards along with nuts and bolts of required sizes, 3mm thick compressed asbestos fiber/synthetic rubber gaskets confirming to relevant BIS standards. The laying of pipe will include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, providing & fixing of MS flanges, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards and the damaged portion of the pipes and specials made from the parent tube shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately) as per relevent data sheet and scope of work.

The power of motor should be at least 10% in excess of maximum power required by the pump in complete operating range with mounting stand/ duck foot bend, steel guide wire with mounting hook, lowering chain and standard accessories as supplied by the manufacturers complete, suitable for fulfilling the following requirements:- including Pump sets (working + standby), necessary piping and control valves alongwith electrical works including all taxes, insurance, transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores/ site, stacking, etc. including specials and wastage etc.; complete as per Tender Specifications, technical data Sheets and instruction of Engineer in charge.
