The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the ‘Schedule of Requirements’ up to at least xxxx % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after xxxxx and be in satisfactory operation for xxxxx months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

Item-by-item commentary on the Purchaser's Technical Specifications demonstrating substantial responsiveness of the goods and services to those specifications or a statement of deviations and exceptions to the provisions of the Technical Specifications.

The tenderer should be a manufacturer (OEM or its re-seller) who must have manufactured tested and supplied minimum of 01 Nos. Dust Respratent Machine however it will be (40%) 01 No. with respect to valid Micro and Small Enterprises of similar type specified in the Schedule of Requirements/ 8000 Ltr Capacity Vehicle Chassis Mounted Misting Machine (De-Fogger) For Dust Mitigation to any Government / ULB / or any other Government organizations in any one of the last 3 years financial year (2022-23 to 2024-25) and be in satisfactory operation for 24 months as on date of tender opening.(Performance Certificate must be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer)

The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC.

The tenderer, as authorized representative should have supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 1 Nos of Dust Respratent Machine in Government / ULB / or any other Government organizations in any one of the last three financial years (2022-23 to 2024-25) (Performance Certificate Must be Issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer)

Tenderer/Manufacturer should submit Certificate of registration of the Company under the companies act, 1956 or GST registration or any other suitable registration certificate. issued by Concerned Statutory Authorities under relevant act.

Tenderer offering to supply goods under the contract which the Tenderer did not manufacture of otherwise produce, the Tenderer has been duly authorized (as per authorization form in Section XIII) by the goods manufacturer or produce to supply the goods in India.

Tenderer firm/company should not be blacklisted by any government organization. The Tenderer shall furnish an Affidavit (Non judicial Stamp paper of Rs.100/ for not having Black Listed earlier by the Firm / Company represented by its Proprietor / Partners / Directors / Chairman / Managing Director / Office Bearers in the Business Transactions of any Government /Semi-Government / Government Undertaking / Public Sector Organizations / any other Departments.

The equipment manufacturer should be an ISO/IATF certified Company with manufacturing plant/full pledged service centre with complete workshop facilities.

Bidders should have sound financial background. The Bidders should have a turnover of minimum Rs. 47.60 Lakhs, in any two of last five Financial Years (2022-23 to 2024-25) in similar nature of work. (However, it will be 50% of the estimate cost of the quantity with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises) The Tenderer should submit turnover copy certified by Chartered Accountant. with UDIN No

Bidder should have local service support within Karnataka and submit relevant document

Chassis authorization certificate should be uploaded
