Electrical Maintenance Works. Note: All the item of SOR of PWD Electrical works w.e.f 1.11.2017 including up to date addenda , corrigenda and the approved non schedule item of works (including 18% GST & 1% labour cess) ( The work shall continue of the entire contract period as per the requirement & as directed by the Engineer in charge .The payment of the executed work shall be made on the basis of - (A) PWD schedule of rates (B) As per the ANNEXURE - 2023/2 for non-schedule items (C) List of rates proposed by PWD (Sub Committee) on 27/02/2026 for different electrical works.)

Day-to-day electrical maintenance work including routine maintenance, minor repairs, fault rectification, and ensuring proper functioning of electrical components and street light operation, as well as all electrical installations of residential and non-residential buildings ofDigha PS, Digha Mohana PS, Police Inspection Banglow, Holiday Home, Mondarmoni PS, Ramnagar PS, Egra PS, Egra SDPO, Pataspur PS, Bhagwanpur PS, Contai PS, Contai Women PS, Contai SDPO, Haldia PS, Haldia EF Line, Haldia Women PS, Mahisadal PS, Sutahata PS, Durgachak PS, Bhabanipur PS, Panskura PS, Moyna PS, Tamluk PS, Nandakumar PS, Kolaghat PS, Chandipur PS under Purba Medinipur District complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Engagement of a Semi Skilled Electrician Shift Duration :- 10:00 AM to 6 PM { Shift x Days x Man Power} = (1x274x1 ) Total = 274 Man Days is to be provided by the agency. (Minimum tools and tackles shall be provided by the agency, and the engaged electrician must report daily to Egra Police Station. The electrician shall also maintain a daily attendance sheet at the Police Office.) (RATES ARE INCLUDING 10 % AGENCY PROFIT ,18% GST & 1% LABOUR CESS ) N.B. :- Submission of "License to Electrical Contractors" By the Bidder is mandatory.
