Supplying of 1.1 KV LT AL. XLPE insulated, PVC extruded inner sheath armoured UG LT cable as per IS - 7098 Part-1, Armouring strip thickness in average +5% and resistivity 14 Ohms/Kms as per IS-3975. i) 3.5C X 185 sq.mm. (As per Technical Specifications)
Labour charges for laying of following size 1.1KV class XLPE UG cable/on wall/GI Pipe as required etc., complete, 3.5 C X 185 sq.mm.
Digging of trench of 1.2 Meter deep x 0.5 Meter wide, refilling the trench to the required ground level and consolidating etc., complete. i) Hard soil.
Digging of trench of 0.6 Meter deep x 0.5 Meter wide, refilling the trench to the required ground level and consolidating etc., complete. i) C.C. Cutting.
Removing and relaying the Railway ballast to facilitate the i) Kudremukh Railway track = 17 mtrs & ii) NMPA Railway track=13 mtrs
Supplying and making end terminations of cable of size 3.5 C X 185 sq.mm with suitable glands, crimping the lugs with supply, fixing of all required hardware’s complete.
Supplying and laying of semi circular (C-Cut) RCC pipes of 150mm dia 25mm thickness and 1 meter length.
Supplying and laying double walled corrugated HDPE Pipe including all necessary connecting sockets/ couplings/tees/bends/ endcaps of same materials in existing trench as per IS 14930 part-II suitable for drawing underground cables. i) 90mm OD/76mm ID.
Supplying and laying of class A (medium duty) of wall thickness not less than 3.25 mm GI pipe for drain and railway crossing with necessary clamping arrangements for UG cable of 1.1 KV. i) 100mm dia.
Supplying and installing cable route marker made up of RCC Block of size 100cm (H) x 50 cm (W) x 6 cm (D) indicating Embossed text as “NMPA LT Cable↑”with yellow paint an red colour letters and fixing with cement concrete.
Supplying and laying of RCC NP2 for culverts inclined pointing ends and fixing collars with cement mortar 1:2 including cost of materials, labour, curing HOM complete as per specifications. No. KSRB 1000, 2300. i) 150 mm dia.
Providing and filling sand in excavated trench to cover already laid UG cable to a depth of 150 mm all around the cable.
Making of core cutting of size 300mm dia for cable entry including finishing the core.
