Sewerage network and pumping stations in newly developed areas of Bhubaneswar City (Package-II) on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract including Operation and Maintenance for a period of Five years

Construction Work: Design, Construction, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the Work "Sewerage network and pumping stations in newly developed areas of Bhubaneswar City (left out area) at unit-II,III,IV,V,Sahid Nagar,Satyanagar,Acharya vihar, Kharvela Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Bomikhal, Gobindaprasad, Rasulgarh etc (Package-II) including operation & maintenance for a period of five years” on engineering, procurement & construction (EPC) contract (the “Project”) under EPC Contract. all complete as per terms, conditions, scope of work and technical specification stipulated in Draft Agreement and as per conditions of RFP Document. The offer price is submitted in accordance with the bidding documents and the agreement in Appendix-IB (Letter Comprising the Financial Bid).

Operation & Maintenance (excluding energy charge): Cost of operation and maintenance of the above Sewerage pumping station and sewerage network systems as per scope in the RFP & Agreement during 1st Year including the cost of maintenance of civil, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control & automation units, cost of manpower, POL, chemicals, consumables and spares etc. (but excluding the cost of energy) all complete as per terms & conditions, scope of work and specification stipulated in the draft agreement.

Cost of operation and maintenance of the above Sewerage pumping station and sewerage network systems as per scope in the RFP & Agreement during 2nd Year including the cost of maintenance of civil, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control & automation units, cost of manpower, POL, chemicals, consumables and spares etc. (but excluding the cost of energy) all complete as per terms & conditions, scope of work and specification stipulated in the draft agreement.

Cost of operation and maintenance of the above Sewerage pumping station and sewerage network systems as per scope in the RFP & Agreement during 3rd Year including the cost of maintenance of civil, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control & automation units, cost of manpower, POL, chemicals, consumables and spares etc. (but excluding the cost of energy) all complete as per terms & conditions, scope of work and specification stipulated in the draft agreement.

Cost of operation and maintenance of the above Sewerage pumping station and sewerage network systems as per scope in the RFP & Agreement during 4th Year including the cost of maintenance of civil, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control & automation units, cost of manpower, POL, chemicals, consumables and spares etc. (but excluding the cost of energy) all complete as per terms & conditions, scope of work and specification stipulated in the draft agreement.

Cost of operation and maintenance of the above Sewerage pumping station and sewerage network systems as per scope in the RFP & Agreement during 5th Year including the cost of maintenance of civil, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control & automation units, cost of manpower, POL, chemicals, consumables and spares etc. (but excluding the cost of energy) all complete as per terms & conditions, scope of work and specification stipulated in the draft agreement.
