M&L for preparation of old wood or wood based surfaces over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel or iron surfaces over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/concrete surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with smooth roller finish, white or tinted at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/concrete surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with smooth roller finish, white or tinted at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered /concrete surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper, with smooth roller finishwhite or tinted at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered /concrete surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper,with smooth roller finish white or tinted at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L complete removal of existing material preparation of plastered surfaces and apply one coat of acrylic exterior primer and two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade 100 % anti-fungal paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removal of loose paint on old plastered surfaces and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior grade 100 % anti-fungal paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces on walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots making the surface smooth by sand paper and applying one coat of cement base paint with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/unplastered/ concrete stone surfaces of walls and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Fire proof paint) with smooth roller finish and at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of old steel surfaces of existing treatment for plain/corrugated/semi corrugated steel surfaces over 10cm width/girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (in camouflage pattern using number of colours) with smooth roller finish at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Pattern of camouflage shall be approved by GE.

M&L for for preparation of old plastered/unplastered/ concrete surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (in camouflage pattern using number of colours) with smooth roller finish over and including one coat of primer and at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified. Note : Pattern of camouflage shall be approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of old plastered/unplastered/ concrete / Kerb stone surfaces over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with smooth roller finish and at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on plastered wall surface at any height providing necessary scaffolding and safety precautions and cleaning the surfaces free form any loose paint, dust grease growth of fungus, algae or moss using wire brush and levelling the surface even and smooth using mechanical sander and finally applying water by pressure jet washer of max pressure of 170 bar with automatic pressure relief system. The following process shall be initiated only after the above surface preparations :- (a) Filling the surface cracks using crack seal compound as required. (b) Applying 3mm th wall care putty on wall as per manufacturer instructions (c) Applying one coat of primer (priming coat) using airless spray technilogy with max working pressure of 22.8 Mpa/3300psi and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 m. (d) Applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm Anti algal weather coat 100% acrylic smooth emulsion paint using airless spray technilogy with max working pressure of 22.8 Mpa/3300psi and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 m. Note : Work shall be executed only through authorised applicator duly approved by Manufacturer of paint and certificate in this connection shall be submitted by the contractor.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete walls etc and racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on fair face of concrete surface or brick walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface including mixing of liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 Kg cement bag, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces and apply one coat of acrylic exterior primer and two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior grade 100 % anti-fungal paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with smooth roller finish over a coat of average 3mm thick wall care putty to make the surface smooth at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for writing letters or figures Block, Roman, italic or Indian) n.exc 30cm high with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
