Ductable Split AC units.

Supply, Transportatation, leading, lifting to site of 5.5 TR capacity air cooled ductable split air conditioner with scroll compressor, full copper evaporator and condensor coils, microprocessor control box, including best quality canvas connection for connecting indoor units to the air supply ducts, full charge of refrigerant gas as per OEM standards, remotes, necessary ribbed rubber pads etc complete as required at site (Approved Makes- Hitachi, Bluestar, Daikin, Mitsubishi, O general)

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of above said ductable split AC units (Both indoor and outdoor) including fixing, full charge of refrigerant gas, leak testing/ pressure testing, giving all power/control/refrigerant connections etc and all required works as per prevailing code of standards

Supply & laying refrigerant lines (Both suction & discharge) using hard drawn copper pipe of the adequate size recommended by the manufacturer for 5.5TR AC unit including duly insulated with nitrilerubber thermal insulation

Supply and Laying 25mm PVC pipe in position for condensate drain water from indoor unit drain to the floor trap piping with 9mm thick nitrile rubber insulation and with necessary fittings like elbows, tees and reducers, clamping in proper interval etc.complete with required wall openings and making as good as same

Supply & drawing control cable of suitable size recommended by the manufacturer between indoor and outdoor unit.

Supply & fixing supporting stand / clamp/ Mounting structure for fixing the 5.5 TR outdoor unit using suitable support bars/MS angles/anchor bolts and safety hook up etc. including all accessories etc. complete.

Supply, Installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site 0.63mm thick GSS sheet metal rectangular /round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports, etc as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.Site fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular ducting as per IS 655-2006.

Supply, Installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site 0.8 mm thick GSS sheet metal rectangular /round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangerssupports, etc as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.Site fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular ducting as per IS 655-2006.

Supply & fixing of 10 mm thick open cell elastomeric nitrile rubber as acoustic insulation of density 140- 180kg/m3 with adhesive as per the recommendation of manufacturer, longitudinal & transverse joints sealed with adhesive in neat & clean manner

Suppluying and Fixing of powder costed extruded aluminium Supply Air Grills with aluminium volume control dampers as per specifications

Supplying, fixing testing commissioning of Return air diffusers of powder coated aluminum without volume control dampers with anti smudge ring and removable core

Supply and fixing powder coated extruded aluminium grilles without volume control damper

Supply & fixing underdeck insulation with 12 mm thick class o nitrile rubber insulation with adhesive as per the recommendation of the manufacture with density 45-55kg/m3

Supply and installation of aluminium foil faced 9mm thick closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber thermal insulation of exhibiting class"O" properties with density 45-55kg/m3. on supply air ducts with adhesive as per the recommendation of the manufacturer, longitudinal & transverse joints sealed with adhesive in neat & clean manner

Cassette AC units

Supply, Transportation, leading, lifting to site of 3.0 TR capacity ceiling mounted 4 way cassette inverter type split air conditioner working on three phase 415V 50 Hz AC supply with anti-corrosive copper condenser unit and full charge of refrigerant gas as per OEM standards, wireless remotes, necessary ribbed rubber pads etc complete as required at site (Approved Makes- Hitachi, Bluestar, Daikin, Mitsubishi, O general)

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of above said Cassette type split AC units (Both indoor and outdoor) including fixing, full charge of refrigerant gas, leak testing/ pressure testing, giving all power/control/refrigerant connections etc and all required works as per prevailing code of standards

Supply & laying refrigerant lines (Both suction and discharge) using hard drawn copper pipe of the adequate size recommended by the manufacturer for above 3.0 TR AC unit including duly insulated with nitrile rubber thermal insulation of recommended capacity and all other materials required as per prevailing standards, clamping to wall, supports required etc complete as required at site.
