Work no 2 Request for proposal RFP Hiring of An agency to assist Bulandshahr khurja Development Authority in Land Assembly Activities

Professional/ Consultancy Fee The Financial Proposal by the bidder must contain of single rate i.e., rate per hectare. This rate should be for the services/consultancy provided for land assembly via Direct Purchase Acquisition. Whereas the rate for services /consultancy provided for land assembly via land acquisition through Land Acquisition under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 shall be 30% more than the amount quoted by the bidder per hectare. In case the Consultant completes land assembly of 90% of the assigned continuous land parcels, connected and in usable form in a time period of 02 years, the consultant shall be entitled for 3% of its total consultancy fee in addition. Taxes and Duties TDS shall be deducted and deposited by the Authority. The Professional Fee agreed as part of this contract shall be inclusive of statutory taxes, duties, cess and levies in India during the contractual period except GST which will be paid extra by BKDA at the rate applicable on the date of invoicing.
