M&L for Pea gravel size upto 20mm for Sludge Drying Bed Size 9.00x2.50x1.00 m, for pressure filter capacity 20000 ltr/hrs and for activate carbon filter capacity 20000 ltr/hrs for Sewage Treatment Plant including taking out old Pea Gravel complete all as directed. Note for Sl No. 3 & 4: (i) Taken out Old sand & gravels etc shall be removed & deposited out side MD land including cleaning of the premises to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for removal out side MD land & cleaning.

Taking down old unserviceable any type of nozzle and S&F new Polypropylene nozzles for pressure filter capacity 20000 ltr/hrs and for activated carbon filter capacity 20000 ltr/hrs for Sewage Treatment Plant complete all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable any type of micron cartridge filter and S&F new Micron Cartridge filter, 5 micron, replaceable cartridge, polypropylene and the following spare parts for smooth functioning and efficient working of RO plant complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting Monoblock pumping set, 3-5 HP capacity (any make), separating from sunction, delivery pipeline, electrical connection etc. dismantling the same for overhauling, repairing and replacing the unserviceable spare parts such as gland, packing, bearing bush, washer etc. Painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint with proper colour codes and writing letters of SM No. and MES No. etc. and installing, making connection suction and delivery side with necessary new packing material, nut bolt etc. complete all as specified.

All as per item No. 27 above, but for high speed pump set of capacity 7.5 HP. Note for item No 27 & 28: (i) Spare parts required for pumping set will be measured and paid separately under item No 29 to 35 here-in-below. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for taking down defective spares and fixing new spares.

Supply only following Spare parts of monoblock pumpset of capacity 3-5 HP. (a) Ball bearing as per existing type.

(b) Gun metal bush as per existing type.

(c) Brass impellers as per existing type.

(d) Gun metal pump shaft as per existing type

(e) Neck ring brass type as per existing type.

(f) Key for impellers as per existing type.

(g) Motor fan as per existing type.

M&L for rewinding of electrical motor of capacity 3-5 HP, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC supply and carry out following repair/ rewinding and overhauling of pump complete all as required at site: (i) Cutting thoroughly burnt out defective winding (ii) Cleaning stator body complete by rubbing sand paper and to remove carbon (iii) Rewinding the stator with super enameled copper wire of existing size and reassemble complete motor pump and testing complete all as specified and as directed. (iv) Disconnecting electrical connection from pump and motor.

All as per item No. 36 above, but for high speed pump set of capacity 7.5 HP

M&L for Silica Quartz sand with pebbles of multi grade sand filter as per the existing by size wise and layer wise after taking out the old sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for activated carbon after taking out of old activated carbon from filter as per the existing by size wise in layers wise complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable RO membranes & S&F new BW 308040 RO membranes for RO plant including all fittings and fixtures fixed as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Contractor has to submit the chemical examination of treated water from RO plant and test certificate approved by Govt. approved laboratory for each time the membrane is being replaced in RO Plant in addition contractor to submit test report of water from approved Govt laboratory every month or as & when asked for when major repairs are carried out to RO plant to Engineer-in-Charge . (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive for testing of water any number of times.

Demolition of brick work & M&L bricks work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 for supporting structure of pipe line complete all as specified

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate ) as in filling for road cutting and for copping of poles including necessary form work including demolition of plain cement concrete complete all as specified

M&L rendering in CM 1:6, 10 mm thick on fair faces of bricks work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even including applying three coats of white wash after preparation of surface complete all as specified.(Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of white wash)
