Visit charges to attend the fault of DG Set in on call basis for DG Sets at TE / BTSs i/c analysis of fault, minor repiring , and making the detailed list of defects and estiimation of the same etc. complete as required.

Pdg & Making of General Servicing of the following capacity E/A sets of different make and model installed at TE/BTS Sites i/c replacement of Lub oil ,lub oil filter and diesel filter and cleaning of all parts of DG set like fuel line ,cooling system ,checking of all DG control wiring ,belt and drives for proper working as per manufacturer recommendations complete as per manufracturer recommendation i/c Fare and labour charge i/c complete as reqd.(Note: 1.Diesel for initial testing of DG set will be arranged by the contractor 2.The recovered black oil shall be given to contractor .

Replacement of following item in upto 40 KVA E/A sets of different make and model installed at TE/BTS Sites, i/c removing of faulty item (if reqd) ,making connection, testing etc complete as reqd.

Calibration of the fuel injection pump & Injecor up to 40 KVA capacity of DEA sets of different makes and models under various exchanges I/c removal of fuel pump from site, transportation at Workshop, calibration of pump and nozzles, grinding and fixing the same after calibration at site in the existing DEA set etc complete as reqd.

Repairing & General Servicing of the existing faulty radiator in existing DEA set up to 40 KVA by repairing of leakage and cleaning of copper tubes with help of cleaning agents, Dismantling of radiator assembly including transportation, brazing and testing for leakage and re-installation after repairing the same etc. reqd.

Repairing of Control Wiring of existing engine protection system /control panel /Start- stop with suitable size copper wire i/c 12 DC Relay with lugs ,terminal , connection plate ,testing comissioning etc as reqd.

Replacement / Repairing of faulty items in the existing Alternator at TE / BTS Sites i/c dismantling the faulty, replacement by new one i/c fixing, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd.

Dismantling of existing DEA Set Open type/ silent canopy of following capacity & type i/c control panel with Power and control cable , Silencer and exaust pipe , diesel tank , and associated fuel line and all other electrical acessories etc i/c placing the same in same bldg/ loading vehicle as per direction of Eng-In-charge i/c making good the damage etc as reqd

Shifting & transportation of existing dismentalled DG Set of following capacity and type i/c all acessories i/c loading with Crane /hydra/chain pully and safe transportation from one location to other location as given below i/c unloading with Crane /chain pully on existing CC Foundation /space as per direction of Eng-In-charge at new location etc etc.as required

10 KVA to 20 KVA (up to 50 KM)

Installation, testing , commissioning of Existing DEA set on existing foundation/surface with all acessories like Cubical type manual /AMF control panel i/c fixing of Silencer ,exhaust pipe , fuel tank , fuel line connections, control wiring from panel to engine i/c cutting, jointing, welding of flanges (if reqd) , nuts, bolts , i/c loading and assembling ,fixing the the DG Set i/c making good the damage etc. i/c One hour testing of DG set on exchange load etc as reqd

Providing following items in 32.5 KVA E/A sets i/c removing of faulty item (if reqd) fixing with welding ,finishing etc complete as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of 12 Volts Maintenance free Battery of following capacity for E/A sets, i/c initial charging, battery terminals, transportation, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd.(Note: Battery should be of atleast 24 months full replacement warranty/ . Manufacturer warranty card with dealer stamp shall be submitted along with new battery).
