Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Capabilities of Vendor

Tenderer should have a licence obtained under Shops and Establishment Act (Form-C) and Contract Labour(Regulation & Abolition) Act

Others -- As per bid document

Tenderer should be registered under the relevant labour Registration PF, ESI, Goods and Service Tax, Labour License (Form-6), Professional Tax and Pan Card

The tenderer should have IT returns for the Financial year 2022-23 (Assessment year 2023-24)

Bidder should have a experience in Dairy / Food industry in providing contract labours
