Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. (a) All kinds of Soils.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation / banking excavated or stacked materials. (a) All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (a) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 1.10 times of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. Providing and laying cement concrete blocks masonry with solid concrete blocks of 200mm thickness confirming to IS 2185 with minimum crushing strength of 75kg/ sqm in foundation and plinth block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.(The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be paid for seperately).

Providing and laying cement concrete blocks masonry with solid concrete blocks of 200mm thickness confirming to IS 2185 with minimum crushing strength of 75kg/ sqm ,in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level, lintel level or as per structural design with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineerin-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be paid for seperately).

Providing and applying 12mm thick(average) plaster using white cement based polymer self curing mortar, applied on hacked / uneven background such as bare / block/RCC work/Walls/ceiling at all floors and locations, finished in smooth line and level etc., all complete.

6 mm plaster on cement concrete or reinforced cement concrete work with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar of approved make as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : (a) New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a) Two or more coats on new work

Providing AAI logo with 12mm thick cement based polymer modified self curing mortar plaster and finishing as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. AAI Logo Size 0.45x0.60 = 0.27 Sqm/Each

Lettering with synthetic enamel paint of approve brand and maufacture for making AAI logo (Stanadrd size) with required shade shall be painted on logo on boundary wall panels, numbering on columns, warning signs etc., on walls, where as required etc., complete as per direction and satisfaction of the Engineering in Charge. The item includes cost of materials,labours, transportation and all applicable taxes etc., Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. The measurement shall be taken in terms of letter cm (the measurement relates to the vertical height o fthe lettering). The letter heights shall be measured correct to a cm. Dots, dashes, punctuations and other similar marks or lines shall not be measured for payment. In Devanagari Script Dots & Matras occuring with the letters shall not be measured. Half letter shall be measured as full letter and AAI logo shall be measured two numbers of letters. The height of letters shall be measured excluding the Matras projecting above the '[head line]' and matras below the letters.

Providing and fixing 110mm dia PVC pipe of 4 kg/sq.cm pressure for weep holes in Retaining Walls/ Walls,or for cable crossings etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-4 class (Heavy duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete 600 mm dia RCC pipes.

Supplying and stacking of hard stone (for stone pitching) 22.5 cm thick at site.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick laid in courses and required profile with hammer dressed stones having no side less than 15 cm, with minimum depth of 20 cm including preparing the bedding surface etc. all complete. (Payment for Stone to be made separately).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specification

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power rollerto achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.

Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)
