M&L light shade vitrified tile coloured printed 600 x 600 x8 to 9 mm thick as in flooring over and incl 15 mm thick cement screed in 1:6 CM set and jointed in neat cement slurry set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement

-ditto- as per item abve but on vertical surfaces as in skirting, steps risers and tread etc over and incl 10 mmthick rendering in cement mortar 1:4-ditto-

M & L for non skid ceramic (colored) tile, 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n exceeding 0 .18 Sqm , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match incl and over screed bed or beeding layers of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto as pre item no 58 above but in vertical surfaces such as skirting over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 -ditto-.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board of any descripion and any thickness incl cover fillets compete all as specified and directed.

S & F 4 mm thick coloured textured designer ceiling board (Everest) of size 595x595 mm fixing with screws/clips including Tee grid suspension system of size 600 mm x 600 mm type-1 made out of roll framed hot dipped galvanised steel zinc coated of not less than 120 gm/sqm, main runner shall be 0.3 mm thick of section 24 mm x 33 mm cross runner 0.3 mm thick of section 24 mmx25 mm, wall angle shall be 0.63 mm thick of section 24 mm x 24 mm grid shall be suspended by 4 mm dia adjustable quick fit hanger rod, system exposed portion shall be pre painted polyster coated in off white/ white in colour complete with material, frixing, jointing etc complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- METROC or METACIL or any other equivalent make as approved by GE)

Disconnecting of existing PVC water tanks carefully from roof surface of capacity exe. 500 ltr & n.exe. 1000 ltr and refixing the same after completion of water proofing work including providing of necessary new fittings like elbow, tee, socket etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Taking down old damaged water proofing treatement from roof surface of any description incl broken out / loose plaster / PCC (any thickness), scrubbing down with water etc, M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/ sqm) laid by torch application over one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm over and including 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 including water proofing compunt @ 2% by wt of cement, applying a coat of aluminium paint as per the makes approved by Engr-in-Charge including disposal of debries exc 50mtr and n.exc 100 mtr from starting point complete all as specified and directed.
