Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type step down transformer converter duty type low losses as per ECBC of 750 KVA , 11/.433 KV, 3 PHASE, 50 HZ, ONAN cooled oil type transformer including first filling of mineral oil base transformer oil (ISI marked), conforming to IS-16659-2017 having dielectric breakdown strength upto 65 KV at 2.5 mm gap, CRGO bol-less prime grade core M4 or better directing from requested manufactures, like nippon//Posto/AK steels ensure. High endurance of core HV & LV windings wound from super enamel covered electrolytic grade copper conductor with tapping on the HV winding for variation of HV voltage within range of (+) 5% to (-) 15% in steps off 2.5 % hematcially sealed corrugated tank of hand operated off load tap changing gear 787.5 KVA capacity transformer copper wound step down outdoor type 11000/433 volts (at no load) double wound oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes core type delta connected on primary on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol Dy-II (vector group) with neutral brought on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping to vary secondary voltage +/- 7.5 % to be changed the maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree centrigrade in oil and 55 degree centrigrade in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temp of 40 degree centrigrade all spcification as per Level -II shall confirming to IS 1180 Part-II:2014 for less loss in transformer and One coat of high build micaceous iron oxide (IMIO) as an intermediate coat shall be used. The LV and HV bushing stems shall be provided with suitable terminated connectors as per IS: 5082 and terminate connector shall be type tested as per IS : 5561. Archiving horns shall be provided on HV buildings and the transformer shall be comprised with the following standard fittings : (a) Pressure release valve (b) Oil temprature indicator with 2 contacts alarm & trip (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (d) Dehydrating breather with first filling of dehydrating agent (e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket including temperature gauge (g) Two earthing terminals on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI strips. (h) One No thermometer dial type vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with maximum temperature indicator and re-setting device to maximum temperature including needle of temperature gauge: Max reading painted terminal. (i) Rating plate with terminal plate. (j) Oil level gauge. (k) Oil drain filter valve. (l) Oil filling hole on top cover with plug. (m) Air release valve/plug.
(n) First fill of transformer oil conforming to relevant ISI and tested upto 65 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm gap. (o)Two No lifting hook at side of transformer (p) Two Nos cable box on LV secondary side consisting of 08 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing brass rods, nuts, washers. (q) Extra bushing for neutral outside the cable box and providing independent earthing for neutral. (r) 1Nos Breather duly filled with silica jel crystals capacity as per OEM recommndation. Note :- (i) The erection, installation of transformer shall be done under the supervision of manufacturer auth rep of Manufacturers & Testing certificate to this office shall be submitted by contractor duly signed by manufacturer. (ii) Testing of Transformer will be carried out by the competent authority, Required T&P necessary arragements for testing to be provded by the contractor deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
Supply, installing, testing and commisioning, factory made (CPRI approved manufacturer) of LT cubical panel board 440 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire , out door type weather, vermin, dust proof, front operated with IP-54 air ventilation at sides and back fabricated out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet with double door shutter and locking arrangements cables gasket trays cable lugs etc, including provision for taking out incoming and outgoing cables duly marked with relevetted letter plates of appropriate size for ech feeder cables danger board etc, suitable to accomodate and including the following mentioned fittings, floor mounted with PCC 1:2:4, type B1 platform of 50 cm height suitable nut bolts, washer etc. for grouting and powder coated of approved colour with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed comprising the following:- (i) Bus bar chamber consisting of four Nos copper bus bars duly sleeved of capacity of 2400 Amps for phases and 1200 Amps for neutral. Duly insulated with PVC sleeves RYB , mounted on heavy duty epoxy insulation in separate compartment. (ii) Multi functional digital type meter showing amper, voltage PF phase to phase & phase to neutral. (iii) LED type indicating lamps (RYB) with holders controlled by fuzes and swicthes. (iv) Panel board internal wiring with suitable rated PVC insulated copper conductors. Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to galvanized mild steel strip 32x6 mm as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted/welded to earth plate at one end and other end of strip connected to transformer / GOD / Panel / equipment body / test point with two Nos nuts bolts or welding with steel structure, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion, including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing strip fixed to wall/ chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit (pipe/fixed to poles with clamp nut bolts) of any type or any other situation for loop earthing etc with GI strip of size 32 X 6mm complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) Providing platform for transformer of size 3.0x3.0x1.5m high from GL including excavation in trenches not less than 1 mtr, PCC 1:5:10 type E2 for foundation, brick work in cm 1:6, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in copping, plaster 10mm thick in cm 1:6 om brick /complete surface PCC 1:4:8 type B1 sub base 75mm thick, as in flour PCC 1:2:4 type B1 100mm thick floor using extra cement returning filling and removal on surplus soil, including 2 Nos ISMB 100mm channel painting with 2 coat aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and 3 coats of white washing on cement work for fixing transformer including ramp of suitable size mounting of transformer complete all as specified and as directed.
