Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Soling (for sub base) 150 mm spread thickness with broken boulders quarried stone interstices filled surfaces formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 Ton power roller complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing 150mm thick WBM in two layers each layers 75mm thick with coarse aggreagate granite trap or basalt of grading 2 spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and chamber with 8 to 10 Ton power rolled complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing WBM/ black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen VG-10) at 10Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified.

M&Lfor Premix bituminous macadam (Paving bitumen any penetration) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50 mm or less) gradient to uniform smooth surfaces all as directed and specified.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, paved bitumen by hot mix process and laid by mechanical paver,rolled with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces (using paving bitumen VG-30) complete all as directed and specified.

M & L Preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primeriming/tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving bitumen VG-10) at 5Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified.

Preaparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot apllication) white/ yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MOST specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder cated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green , red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protections including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300 mm ) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Suppply and fixing as in repair cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No . DA 972 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

S & F as in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mmx125mmx25mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Monou rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/0.3 watt one Ni-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600 MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc all as specified and directed.
