Dismantling AC Corrugated/ Semi corrugated Sheets as in Roofing including Ridge or Similar Pattern Roof Coverings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel Sheets as in Roofing including Ridge or Similar Pattern Roof Coverings, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Wall and Ceiling Boards (Fibre, Pulp, Insulation, etc.) or Insulation Boards /Blankets/Slabs, any description and any thickness including Cover Fillets, Cornices, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding any description fixed in any position with nails etc complete.

M&L Second Class Hardwood Boarding 20mm thick planed on one side with butt joints, and fixed with nails in any situation complete all as specified.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including packing under roof sheets complete all as specified and directed.

S& F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S & F false ceiling with 4mm thick desingner 'E' Board as approved by GE fixed with and including GI powder coated inverted Tee or 'L' section suspended from ceiling with 2 Nos 2mm dia GI wires @ 1200mm c/c with (a) Main runner of size 28x24x0.8mm (b) Cross tee size 28x24x0.8mm (c) Wall angle 24x24x0.65mm etc complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, roof kerbs/mud stops, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, PCC gola etc including necessary form work, weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as spfd and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top including taking down existing roof treatment complete:- (i) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying as in roof slab with mixing of WPC and surface finished fare and smooth without using extra cement. (ii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iii) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm) shall be less applied over bituminous primer as specified above over a Application of polymeric membrance shall by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (iv) Applying two coat of aluminum paint over the APP modified membrance @ 0.11Kg/sqm.

Disconnecting existing tank exc 250 n.exc 1000 setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in repair Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) including wash out GI pipe 32mm of 450mm length with stopper complete all as specified.

-ditto- all as per item 12 above but 1000 Ltr.

Fixing only in repair 20mm dia Ball valves screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth & applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality over a coat of pink primer, tint to achieve glossy finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, including demolition of existing brick wk complete all as specified and as directed.
