Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 Km, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surface of slab, beam & ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick / concrete surface of walls in cement mortar 1:6 finished even & smooth without extra cement complete.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick / concrete surface of walls in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth without extra cement complete.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of Distemper oil emulsion over one coat of primer, after application of cement base wall clear putty all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered surface of walls including plaster / cornices etc and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved over one coat of primer applied as per manufacturer's instruction complete. Demolition of brick / stone / PCC block masonry / RCC Jalli fixed in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exe 10 cm thick, in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) setting in CM 1:6 complete in wall or pillars all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old distempered / decorated surfaces of walls including washing, rubbing down and stopping holes, trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of Distemper oil emulsion complete as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including pilasters / cornices etc and applying one coat of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint of any tint as approved applied as per manufacturer's instruction complete. Makes - NEROLAC (Excel)/ ASIAN 'APEX' / DULUX "WEATHER SHIELD WATER PROOF"

Removal of existing roof treatment consisting of screed bed, tar felts etc, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n. exc 2 Km.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, (Avg 40 mm thickness) in roof for padding to achieve the 1:40 slope complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screed bed 10 mm thick on concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including mixing only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC will be measured & Paid separately

Material and labour for water proofing treatment by applying one coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm with brush / roller, laying of 3 mm thick APP based polymer modified membrane (mineral finish) reinforced non-woven polyester, weight not less than 3.50 Kg / Sqm and sealing all the over laps 100 mm in length side and 100 mm in width side of membranes laid with torch application complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, in white cement with pigment, set, jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement, as in floors, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for outdoor coloured vitrified paving tiles, joint free (edge cut) of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 8 to 10 mm thick as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete. Make - HR Johnson - Endura series or equivalent type of make mention in Appx 'B'

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n. exc 2 Km.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete Type D2 ( 1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for taking down and removal of loose / disintegrated old concrete / plaster and applying 10mm thick bonding coat of modified styrene butadiene emulsion (SBR Bonding agent i.e. Nitobond SBR 45) in proportion 1 (Nitobond SBR 45) : 1(water) : 3 (OPC) by volume with the brushes etc to bind New Cement plaster/ polymer Modified plaster/ concrete/ screed concrete with old surface etc complete.

M&L applying 15mm thick plaster with polymer modified mortar fortified with SBR (Nitobond SBR 45 ) in proportion 1:3 by weight 5 litres Nit bond SBR 45 to added to 50 KG Cement with 13 litre water addition, finished surface to match with existing adjoining surface of ceiling, beams and concrete complete.

M&L for repairing the edge / corner of Chajja / roof projection and similar work by removing plaster width / girth exc 200 mm but not exceeding 300 mm and making good with 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 to match with existing surface complete all as specified.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slab laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar including demolition of cement mortar bedding or backing coat, including removal of debries to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 Km

M&L for Non skid, joint free (edge cut) coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete.

M&L for Non skid, joint free (edge cut) coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete.

M&L for digital printed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size of each tile 300 x 450 mm /350x250 mm and 7 to 8 mm thick fixed to wall with 10 mm thick cement sand mortar in CM 1: 4 , set and joint in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the same complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade coloured vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

M&L for green Marble work 15 to 18 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in coloured cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete.

Supply fabricate & fix in position in replacement aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron of approved colour) three track window ( two shutters glazed & one shutters wire gauge) with frame, glazed with 4 mm thick tinted glass and, wire gauge with stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm including rubber bead joining cleat for fixing in position, concealed type lock for all three shutter, PVC roller etc all as specified below, including taking down old window complete all as specified and directed.
